Aug 2025 my wife spent 2 weeks here rehabbing her appetite and strength post hospitalization. I had a list of several sites covered by our private insurance and Windsor and another higher rated site (per on-line reviews and Medicare Star rating) made my short list, so I visited both at the same time early Friday evening (Windsor first). Windsor had a large parking lot, only 2 patients per room, a nice patio area, large rehab gym, lots of staff to talk to, and several physical therapists were present and we talked about my concerns. They were helpful and genuine, so I left Windsor with a good feeling. The other higher rated site seemed like a sardine can (3 patients per room), mainly street parking, small rehab gym, and I had to search for staff. I left convinced we will do better with Windsor. I was right. My wife was treated with compassion and respect, given consistent therapy sessions, and she improved to near 100% strength and appetite within our 2 week stay. To confirm, I was at the site every day from breakfast to bed time to ensure things ran smooth for my wife and it did, but other patients who were alone seemed equally treated well. I didn't give a 5 star rating because there was some confusion between the hospital and site regarding my wife's follow up care and who needed to set it up. We fixed this, but not until several back & forth. Overall, my wife had a good stay and we're glad we chose Windsor. I strongly suggest you personally visit a site before you commit.

I do not recommend this facility. My mom is currently here and the level of care is very concerning. The building and rooms are not kept clean, and it feels neglected. They are clearly understaffed—basic needs such as assistance with going to the bathroom or even getting a glass of water are often ignored for long periods of time. She was promised regular therapy as part of her care plan, but it has not been provided as expected. Families trust facilities like this to treat their loved ones with dignity, respect, and adequate care, and unfortunately, this has not been our experience. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously, hires adequate staff, and improves both cleanliness and patient support, because residents here deserve far better than what they are currently receiving.

This review is for the staff members with whom we interacted frequently, who are very helpful and subject matter expert. Thank you for your kindness, dedication and excellent care. Your compassion and positive attitude make a real difference for the elderly family member at the facility during their stay.

Our experience with this facility has been incredibly upsetting and unacceptable. Our grandmother has suffered significantly while under their care. Not only has her weight noticeably declined, but rehab which we were told would start promptly still has not begun. To make matters worse, she recently fell and badly bruised her entire face, requiring a hospital visit. We are deeply concerned for her safety and well-being. What exactly are they being paid for if basic care, medical follow-through, and communication with family members are being neglected? We are sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Please beware. Our family expected better and our family member deserves better.
