Carson and his team are amazing, caring individuals. They have helped me with both my parents as they transitioned to needing more and more care. They went above and beyond for my family. They are very professional and helped me set up services I didn’t even know were available to my elderly parents. They (Carson and his team) are very good at communicating every step of the way. Highland Care outpatient therapy and Highland care center has now assisted my family for over 3 years and I can say with great confidence I would highly recommend them for any outpatient therapy or services they offer. They are family.

I was very pleased overall with my mother’s stay at Highland Care Center. I am so appreciative of Carson and his professionalism in helping arrange all the needed documents to help get my mother admitted in a timely manner, excellent communication!!! I’m also appreciative to Alana the Business Office Manager and her help, as well as the nursing staff and CNA’S, not to mention their Social Worker. Amazing people who have challenging schedules and work hard to take care of our loved ones. Special shout out to Nurse Daniel!!! Thank you for your amazing compassion and interaction with my mom and the many others I had the privilege of observing. I’m grateful to everyone, I know you are giving your best to so many who really need you! Thank you with all my heart for taking care of my mom who means the world to me and for helping me with everything I needed from you during her stay.

I’m very disappointed in this facility. I picked up my friend last weekend and she smelled. They hadn’t bathe her in some time. She needed PT and what she got was getting in and out of bed as PT. No stretching or exercising. She got in trouble for not eating her food fast enough and they took her food away when she was still eating it. When she wasn’t hungry they threatened to shove a feeding tube down her throat. Not saying EVERYONE there was bad but the ones she interacted with majority of the time did not tend to her well enough for her month stay. She picked this place because she saw the high review rating. DO BETTER.

Let's just say, i have been here a few times now to visit a friend, this place is totally unorganized, the CNA's are rude, act like you are putting them out if you need anything. The rooms are hot, that's why all these people are eating by the door in their rooms to try and get a little cooler. Heaven forbid, they turn on the AC. Not everyone in this place can deal with the heat. If others get cold they can wear a sweater, hoody etc... Physical Therapy is not what they think they are. They say 2 workouts a day. That's crap, if two therapists have to help a person out of bed they count that as one session. Nurses are slow. I know these places are a little understaffed. But it could be better than what they are producing. My suggestion, look for a place somewhere else. This place is not even worth 2 stars. You ask for a schedule when a person needs a shower, they don't know or can't give you a heads up. I have been to a few of these places to see my friend. So i know what i am talking about. Quit being so cheap and get your AC fixed. It's almost to the point of neglect. When the CNAs complain about the heat that's a problem. Food is always cold when they receive it. This falls on the Administrator. If you had someone being treated like this you would have a problem too. I am looking for another place for my special someone. Take pride in your job and care center.

I’ve never been more distraught by an establishment ment to care, I’ve been sitting with my loved one for an hour now waiting for help. No one and I mean no no nurse no person nothing I haven’t seen a soul. We need new sheets and water and my loved one is dehydrated. Worst place in Utah to take someone you should care for I hope these people end up like the people they should care for since they can’t even care for another soul horrible workers as well as management.
