Following a month in the Cardiac ICU, my mom was sent to Chapel View for PT and OT rehab. In the 4 weeks my mom spent at Chapel View the progress she made toward living independently again was nothing short of amazing. My mom still talks about the encouragement and tough love given to her from her PT therapist Austin, who she largely credits for her success. The facility and my mom's room was always kept clean, and the nursing staff was caring and attentive. The people who work for Chapel View truly love what they do for a living, and I'm grateful my mom was able to complete her rehab with you all. Thank you and God Bless!

The people make the difference. Is the facility the newest? No, but they have broken ground for a new facility. Would I use Chapel View again? Absolutely. I was there 3 months, and received outstanding care. The nurses and aides were efficient, caring and delightful. The therapists were outstanding. Housekeeping, maintenance and laundry were always on top of things. I went in after serious surgery, and I’m now stronger than I’ve been in years. There is always variation in food but a real favorite included broiled salmon with roasted corn salsa. Yes, thank you!

Where do I start??? For 3 weeks this place was a nightmare. Mentally and physically I came in needing rehab as a result of a fall, fractured wrist and pelvic. On my second day, I became very nauseous because they were standing over me forcing me to swallow up to 7 pills at one time. This continued until I refused, and a facility Dr, along with a patient coord was called in to resolve the med issue. I also had problems with a bully and rude nurse name Marko. It all started when he was trying to put eye drops in my eyes that morning and I told him, only at night, so he says I'm standing here until you decide to cooperate, I told him, go ahead. Because I was in a wheelchair I needed assistance to go to the bathroom, he came, open the bathroom door and said go ahead. I managed to get in and out of the bathroom on my own, he did not come back to assist me, but blatantly lied saying that he did. I made it known that I was going to report him. He is too rude to be working in a hospital. Also my room was very unkept, I showed pictures to the head of nursing. I had to request only female assistance when bathing, and no contact whatsoever with Marko. Food was so so, my family would bring food to me. I must say physical and occupational therapy was instrumental in helping me get out of there. Posted pictures of my room and it's untidiness. They would bring in towels, gowns, etc and just lay them down somewhere, any where! I also reached out to report the bully Marko's rudeness and asking that they follow up on his nonprofessional behavior. He was not only rude to the patients, he was also rude to the staff. They all seem to be afraid of him.

I had a friend who had an extended stay at Chapelview recently. I was continuously impressed with the staff I encountered while he was there. My friend had some special circumstances, with some complications so at times there was challenge to his care. But from the cleaning staff to the therapy staff to the nursing staff, right up to administration, my friend was treated in such a dignified manner. And whereas at other facilities where my friend stayed during many months of recovery and where he did not achieve good success and therefore had to be re-hospitalized and back to rehab facilities.... once he left Chapelview, he has not had to return to another rehab facility. I would sincerely recommend Chapelview to anyone looking for this type of care. Exceptional. Mary D

If I could give 0 stars I would. The entire place smells like urine. Said my mom was incontinent, but when the help button was pushed, it often took 30 min or more for someone to come. My mother's room constantly had food scraps and other debris on the floor. She would have food all over her face, clothes, etc. One shower a week. The food is awful. While the staff are nice, they are obviously understaffed, which I'm sure is intentional by greedy admins. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
