🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 Like many other people have shared do not send your loved ones here. My mother passed away at this facility and the staff were dishonest with my family concerning her check in’s through the night and her cause of death. If your family is forced to send a loved one here please stay on top of their care as it could be life or death.

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. This place let my mom lay around with her sugar at almost 400 FOR 3 DAYS!! No one contacted me. I received a call from the ER saying that my mom was there and not going well. This place is a joke. If I would’ve know they don’t give a shit about their residents, I wouldn’t have moved her there.

I just spent two months at this facility and do not follow the 1.9 rating. They did an excellent job. The facility is clean. They clean it daily. There is no smells. All the rooms and all of the equipment and all of the furniture are in working order there’s no damages if there’s ever a problem maintenance gets to it same day. The staff works really hard at doing the best job they possibly can. I had few if any complaints. They respond to you as quickly as they can And they are always in good moods, friendly, and they really help you succeed. Physical therapy and occupational therapy. Are top notch and absolutely will work you to the point where you need to get to in a professional way. they are just fantastic. If I had to complain about anything, which I really don’t have any complaints, is the food is only fair it is institutional food. It’s not bad. It’s edible. They do a good job with it. It’s just nothing special. If you come here, trust me you are safe secure and you get the best possible care.

Do not send your loved ones here. I would rate zero if I could. Our daughter walked out the front door with a pic line in her chest and is a heroin addict. We called two days after she left and they thought she was still there.Also the patients sell their pills to other patients and there was heroin in the facility for sale from other patients. They also sneak alcohol in and our daughter was drunk three times, and thought it was funny. Quality care at its finest. They are totally in it for the money from government assistance. Out of 21 facilities contracted they were the only ones that accepted. Gee, I wonder why.

Allison Pointe Healthcare Center is terrible, and a lot of that comes down to the director. The way this place is run shows a complete lack of care or concern for the people who live there. The director doesn’t take responsibility for problems, ignores families, and acts like complaints don’t matter. When leadership doesn’t care, it trickles down — and that’s exactly what’s happening here. Staff are unorganized and patients are the ones who suffer. Families deserve answers and compassion, not excuses or silence. This place needs serious changes starting from the top. Until the director is replaced with someone who actually cares about the patients and families, I wouldn’t recommend Allison Pointe to anyone.
