THEY DO NOT SHOWER YOUR LOVED ONE, OR CHANGE SHEETS, THEY DO NOT FEED YOUR LOVED ONES. THE ELEVATOR DOOR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, MEDICAL EQIPMENT LEFT OUTSIDE. DO THEY USE FLOOR SOAP ON FOOD TRAYS - THE SAME WATER AS THEY CLEAN THE FLOORS, SAW THIS ON 11/1/25 WHEN I ASKED THEM TO HELP CLEAN THE FOOD TRAY. CLOGGED SINK AND IMPROPER EQUIPMENT OR LEFT OUTSIDE - RODENT TRAPS. PLUS IF RESIDENT COMPLAIN THEY REPORT THEY ARE REPORTED AS VERBAL. They put MRSA carrier patients in with general roommate situation, leave windows open, fans running with high AC for those who have blood clots and bad circulation. The rooms are tiny and no room to put to people in the same room. Pneumonia occurring, creating a health concern. oddly another nursing home made sure sign posted on the door and patient received their own room as recommended for MRSA. No Medicine or Shower schedule. Crunchy cold food. Wheelchair is too big to use the bathroom in the room. Also no cushion for the wheelchair. Medical supplies tossed by the garbage bin. Outside garbage can overflows. Patients smoking cigarettes less then 15 feet away from the building.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Forest View! From the moment we walked in, we felt a true sense of care, compassion, and professionalism. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, engaged, and treated with dignity. A very special shout-out to Debbie, who worked tirelessly to make this transition possible. Her kindness, patience, and dedication have been nothing short of extraordinary. She guided us every step of the way and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless. We are forever grateful for her support and for helping us find the perfect place for Dad. I also want to recognize Jay, Dad’s nurse, who has been nothing short of amazing. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care shine through in every interaction, and it is so reassuring to know my dad is being looked after by someone so dedicated. Highly recommend! PS. I must not forget the kind man, Juan, who always knows how to make my father smile and helps lift his spirits. He truly is a shining light on a dark day.

Great attentive and caring staff. Spent 14 months here and have nothing negative to say about the staff. Every single person who works here are kind and very attentive to your needs. The facility is a bit run down and can use some upgrades. The rehabilitation equipment has seen better days and the plumbing in the 5 different rooms I was in was bad with weak water pressure. The shower heads were also broke the last couple months I was there. However, with the great staff working here I wouldn't hesitate putting a loved one in need here. Special shout out to Nurse Diana who always had time for me to chat a few minutes a day. And to my physical therapist Priya for getting me out of bed on my bad days even if just for a short walk or ride on the bike machine. I MISS YOU ALL.

The activity director is great. He keeps the residents engaged and active. The memory care unit is a great place for your loved one. This building is tucked away in a cute neighborhood and a peaceful setting for your loved one!

This place is an absolute joke. If you can get past a nasty smells and a disgusting carpet and walls if you actually find your way to the room because nobody helps you gives you direction on how to get there maybe you'll be okay don't try and call because nobody ever answers the phone and when they do answer they don't even know what to do with the call. If you love your mom or dad don't send them here
