UPDATE!!! I wasn’t able to post a new review so I wanted to add to my previous review. We had to take mom back to Richly Healthcare because she fell again. I still cannot say enough about this place and their staff! All of them are absolutely amazing and they are like family! Tawny goes above and beyond and she deserves a medal 🏅 Thank you again for everything you do for your residents and for the amazing care you all provide!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ We just picked our mom up from her second in patient stay at Richland Healthcare and we couldn’t be more thankful for them! Both times they have shown exceptional care and compassion to her and us as well. The staff are some of the nicest people in the healthcare business and I would take her back tomorrow if she needed their help. The therapy department get her back on track too and do an excellent job! A special thank you to one of the nursing assistants (Tawny) who is so far beyond kind, caring and compassionate! Richland Healthcare isn’t perfect but no nursing facility is. I highly recommend them, have had mom there twice and they would be my first choice on any given day in the future!! Great staff and amazing clinical team. I placed my mom here and felt like they were going to meet her needs even when I wasn’t there to visit. Everyone seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. After two week, she was ready to go home and is now thriving. Thank you Richland Nursing and Rehabilitation.

I have visited a lot of nursing homes over the past two years and this one stands out as the best. You could tell the staff really cared about their patients and there was a very positive atmosphere. I’m glad my loved one got placed there.

Visited a relative. Two caregivers, I believe Pam and Tawny. Both very patient with him. Assisted with his getting back in bed. Appeared to be very patient with him. That is exceptional and their jobs are needed, most necessary, and truly appreciated. It takes special people to be caregivers. Thank them.

For the most part I'm satisfied with the Center, but I would like a quicker notification when my Mom has any health concerns. She had a bed sore which I didn't know about until her roommate told me. It wasn't healing very quickly and I should have been notified sooner.
