Legend Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare is the Best and located in Kyle Texas. Very clean, staff very friendly. Some of the residents were excited to see me. That haven't seen me for a year, I moved. Legend Oaks Rehab makes you feel like family. They care about the needs of the residents. If you are looking for a Healthcare Resident or just for Rehabilitation, I highly recommend this place. Oh yea two residents per room, they have 2 of everything in the room. The bathroom is shared in the room, huge walk in or wheelchair shower🚿.
The staff at Legend Oaks is amazing! My mother spent the last 2 years of her life here. We were hesitant to put her in any type of nursing home environment since we had a lot of horror stories from friends/ family that had their parents in a nursing home facility.
We were so happy with the care and services that Legend Oaks provided. We were able to have a surprise birthday party for my mom‘s last birthday, and the staff made sure that everything was taken care of for the family and guest that were attending. This is one of the greatest and last memories that we had with Mama and it would have not been possible without the incredible staff at Legend Oaks! Thank you from a grateful family!
I was sent here after my time ran out PAM Rehabilitation in Kyle. This place is a nightmare! I have laid in a dirty brief for 1-1/4 hours, and up to 2-1/2 hours in a wet brief. They also don't clean me up well and, at times, leave a lot of.a bowel movement behind that the next aide finds. The average time for someone to acknowledge my call for help is around 30-45 minutes.
The food is of poor quality, very small portions, and arrives cold. Not just room temperature, but cold. I don't get breakfast until 9:30 a.m, lunch is typically around 1:45, and dinner around 6:45. The aides spend so much time passing out and collecting trays, and taking some residents to and from the dining, they have little time left for patient care.
In my opinion, I would absolutely not recommend this facility to anyone.
I had an outstanding experience with Sabina De Jesus and Amy Saenz, who both provided exceptional customer service as I navigated the complex process of arranging skilled nursing and at-home care for my mother. Their professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness made a challenging time much easier. I highly recommend this facility, as I am confident they deliver top-notch care and are truly attentive to the needs of others.
I come to visit my friend here and this time that I came what I liked was that they have an electronic sign in and I got a name tag that I have to be wearing during the whole time that I was at the place, and I love that. Also all the staff are really nice and they are very friendly with the visitors and the patients. Thank you so much.
