PALM TERRACE HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION CENTER

The care team here is excellent—from reception to the nurses, CNAs, physical and occupational therapy, doctors, and administration. Everyone has been exceptional, consistently listening and addressing concerns. It’s so important to advocate for your loved one’s care, and this team handles those needs with such grace. The facility serves residents with many different levels of functioning, and it’s always active and engaging. I love seeing people in the halls, sitting outside enjoying the fresh air on patio, and participating in daily activities. There’s always something to do, from bingo to crafts, and plenty of opportunities to change the scenery. Overall, the care is outstanding. My only complaint is that the facility needs more frequent cleaning in both common areas and residents’ rooms. They are definitely lacking on the housekeeping side—but the kindness and dedication of the staff help make the situation tolerable. Additional cleaning support would make a significant difference.

The therapy team here is excellent! I would also like to especially thank Jordan, as he has truly been a blessing at Palm Terrace! His constant communication and responsiveness really helped me feel like my family was never in the dark when it came to my mom’s care, and we really appreciate him always taking the time to make sure our needs were met. Being in a nursing home is already tough in itself, but Jordan clearly treats everyone like family, and it shows through his compassion and care! I definitely recommend Palm Terrace for their therapy team, thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about Palm Terrace Rehabilitation Center. The care and compassion they showed my mother during her stay were truly exceptional. From the moment she was admitted, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The nurses, aides, and therapists were not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. They took the time to get to know my mom, understand her needs, and made sure she was comfortable and supported every step of the way. The rehabilitation team was amazing—they helped her regain strength and confidence at a pace that worked for her, always encouraging and positive. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, peaceful atmosphere. It gave us great peace of mind to know she was in good hands. Palm Terrace provides excellent care and support. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. The environment is warm, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a safe and positive atmosphere.

I’m really disappointed with our experience at this nursing home. The facility looked promising at first, but the quality of care didn’t live up to expectations. Communication with staff was often slow, and it sometimes felt like important updates about my family member’s condition were overlooked or not shared promptly.
