Ennis Court feels different... The staff actually care. You can see it... feel it. A lot of places are stretched thin lately, but here... it’s steady... it’s present.
No place replaces being with family... but this comes closer than most.
My Father in law has been here for the past two years and I cannot speak more highly of the care he is receiving at Ennis Court. The staff and Patrice Campbell are the utmost professional and caring people you would ever want to take care of your loved one’s. It is clean and homey and the residents are well taken care of.
Anyone that disagrees with this is more likely a disgruntled passed employee or sadly, a family member who cannot accept that their loved one’s time at Ennis court is coming to an end.
EnnisCourt is absolutely amazing. The staff, including Patrice, are topnotch. Everyone goes above and beyond for the residents. I can’t imagine my loved one spending the rest of their life anywhere else! My family is SO grateful for the treatment my loved one has received - we will never be able to repay the staff for the love, care, and dedication they’ve shown. They truly treat residents like family. This is absolutely the place - without a doubt - that you’d want your loved one to spend the rest of their days.
If you care about your loved ones do NOT let them live here. The residents are treated so horrible due to understaffing and some simply treating the residents horribly. I saw this first hand. I witnessed management YELLING at residents AND their staff. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to live here. Management needs some training and respect and communication!!! The WORST assisted living place i have ever experienced.
the director and head of nursing refused to honor poa wishes! they even changed hospice orders and refused to medicate my mom in the end stages of alzheimers. unethical, immoral, and unlawful!! will have to report them to the state! i would definitely move her but she’s dying. worst place ever! they claim to be a religious home!?? the price is insane too! they should lose their license and be shut down.my poor mother!
