LIBERTY HEALTH AND WELLNESS

My father has been at Liberty Health & Wellness since summer of 2022. We've been happy with the care we receive here. They've come a long way in staffing and operations. There is a calendar of activities that come out every month, there's live music once a month, a beautiful courtyard and the therapy department is top-notch! The staff there is more than caring and I know he is in good hands when I am not there. I visit several days a week at different times and am always welcomed with a smile from the staff (and Dad!).

Thankful to have one of my residents go through their rehab program with Jason Director of Therapy. She has made amazing progress and finally gets to come home! Throughout this process of her stay, Cheryl Social Services has been helpful with the discharge process. Whoop whoop - great team!

Worst experience as a delivery driver I have had in a long time! The receptionist told me she wouldn’t sign for a package because she was texting a family member. I had to stand there and wait even a nurse from outside was trying to get in. She wouldn’t push the button because she was texting a family member a man working on the ceiling had to get off his ladder to let the nurse in from outside, I said I need a signature. She said well you are going to have to wait very rudely. I said I don’t believe texting a family member is what these people are paying you to do when you clearly can put the phone to the side and finish texting after you do the job you’re being paid to do. She said this is my job. It is on a work phone I said I’m sure they do not know that you were texting family on a work phone. She said what is your name? I said what is yours and neither name was given, but I feel it was very rude and I was clearly locked inside the building when I tried to leave I couldn’t leave very very unprofessional. It takes 15 seconds to sign for a package .

My mom is a nurse at Liberty health and wellness, and sometimes I get to go to her work and help do activities with the residents. The last time I was there, I was able to play chess with one resident who was lonely and we had a good time. All the workers seem really happy to take care of the residents.

My grandmother was here a short time due to a stroke. They were very good at keeping her safe and in a healthy road to recovery! Also was very helpful with the going home process getting everything set up for her at home!
