The care I received was not only professional but also compassionate. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect, and I always felt like they truly cared about my well-being and progress. The atmosphere was positive, encouraging, and made a difficult time in my life so much easier. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt safe. I enjoyed the meals, activities, and the chance to connect with others going through similar experiences. Most importantly, I left feeling stronger, healthier, and so grateful for the people who helped me along the way. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs rehab care. It made a huge difference in my life, and I’ll always be thankful for the wonderful team here.

Had an excellent experience here as an agency nurse. From staff to patients wonderful experience. I entered the building with an exceptional experience from Lauren, front desk receptionist. She provided a tour of the building then walked me on my unit. Nurses gave detailed reports with great patient care support. The residents were great as well with an appropriate patient ratio. No overwhelming here!

I visited The Estoria my second time to recover from a broken femur. I was visited every single day by a member of management to see if there was anything I needed. I was visited every week by a physician, a nurse practitioner, a wound specialist and a Physicians Assistant. There is a Nurse and an assistant available 24/7 at the press of a button. Every aspect of my care was discussed from pain management and rehabilitation goals to dietary needs. I was visited daily by a Physical Therapist and an occupational therapist. There is a standard daily menu listed but there are also additional daily menu item available at every meal to insure a quality experience to meet nutritional needs. I am younger and more active than most residents so I was able to supplement my daily nutritional needs with the additional menu items and nutritional drinks. The Chef visited me at the beginning of my stay to discuss personal dietary needs. There are activities planned daily to keep residents occupied between the various therapies available. Some days services are available to receive manicures, pedicures and occasionally haircuts. On nice days some residents enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. There is a lobby and a den resembling a hotel lobby where residents can gather to watch television or friends and family can meet. My rehabilitation experience was like an all inclusive mini vacation.

I just experienced this place with a family member. If you can find better care, go elsewhere. There are a few nurses and aids who are like angles but they're understaffed and you can go many hours completely ignored. Call lights mean nothing. There seems to be too many chiefs and not enough Indians. No one wants to be accountable for anything and yes, medication mistakes happen.

My mother was recently a client at Estoria and I could not have been happier with her experience. From the food, the bedside manner, to the therapy. Every aspect of this facility was top notch. Nikki, Kenzie, and Christian are the best. The phone calls with updates during and after her time there was very much appreciated and unexpected. I highly recommend Estoria for any therapy needs for anyone needing aftercare from a hospital stay. 1000% the best.
