this facility has been not but amazing to my mother for the last few months. the nurses and staff where super friendly, positive, loving and supporting!!! jaime the head social worker was so incredibly kind and loving and patient toward everyone. i don’t usually write reviews but this place was worth it. good vibes all around. thank you for taking good care of my mom. will never forget.

5 Stars – Excellent Care for My Mother My mother has been a patient at West Hollywood Healthcare & Wellness Center, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care she’s receiving. From day one, the staff has been incredibly attentive, treating her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The facility itself is always spotless and fresh, creating a pleasant and calming environment for both patients and visitors. It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, the team has been prompt and responsive, providing clear information and support without delay. Knowing that my mom is in such good hands gives me real peace of mind. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be truly cared for, I highly recommend West Hollywood Healthcare & Wellness Center. The professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the staff make all the difference.

This was my second time visiting. When I visited it was clean. It looked well kept. There were many workers to care for the patients. The patients who were in the rehabilitation center had on clean clothes and shoes. Some had on their lounging socks but they were really all clean and their hair was done. I was really amazed. This is one of the best facilities I've seen. The patients didn't look sad either. They were greeting me. The staff was helpful and friendly from when we first walked in to the time we left. Staff meaning receptionists, nurses, CNA, orderly's, the transport workers, and any others who were there but I may not have known their title.

I stopped by to see my brother and the staff were their usual fabulous selves. I talked to Monica and she updated me on my brother's prognosis. She was very helpful as always..I see why her staff is so wonderful, they follow the leader. I checked out my brother and he was clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing care.

All the personal stuff is very friendly and helpful!! All the nurses from the 3 shifts were very attentive and helped with my personal needs. The administration was great! Very kind and supportive to our needs. Thank YOU all for your kindness, we will miss you all!! 😊
