I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marlborough Nursing Home and Rehab. The staff here is absolutely incredible — truly some of the most caring, hardworking people I’ve ever met. They go nonstop, day in and day out, making sure every patient and resident is cared for, comfortable, and treated with kindness and respect. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they look after. A huge shoutout to Nurse Deb and Ariana, who are simply amazing — they go above and beyond every single day. And honestly, there are so many more whose names I wish I could remember, because every staff member I’ve encountered has been exceptional. The facility itself is always spotless and well-maintained, which says a lot about the pride they take in their work and environment. It’s clean, welcoming, and you can just feel the warmth the moment you walk in. To everyone at Mansfield Nursing Home and Rehab — thank you for all that you do. Your compassion, dedication, and tireless effort do not go unnoticed. You’re making such a difference in so many lives, and I’m so grateful for all of you. 💛

Went today to visit my uncle, I’ve been there before to visit my mom. Both occasions I was treated respectfully and with courtesy, from checking in, to the nurses coming into the room. Staff was awesome! They were selling candy at the desk with proceeds that went to Alzheimers, which we couldn’t pass up, came in handy when my granddaughter wanted a snack! Keep up the good work and thanks to all for having a smile on your faces, sometimes that’s all we need to see, to feel comforted! :)

Marlborough rehab center is wonderful!!! Well staffed, very clean, all items , furniture are working and in great shape!! As a retired nurse, i have seen many facilities! I would highly recommend this rehab center!!!

The staff is very caring and excellent with patients. The facility is very clean -these facts are very important to me.

Rehab is excellent there, far better than higher rated ones in Niantic that only care about money. Food is good, but you go there for rehab, the PT helps you get out of bed, change you if you need, can’t say enough good things about the rehab, the gardens, and the food
