Our family is very pleased with the care my dad received during his three-week rehab stay. The facility was consistently clean, and the staff and nurses were outstanding. We truly appreciate how friendly they were and the detailed attention they gave him. They also took the time to build relationships with my father and our family, which made his stay so much more comforting. Thank you to everyone.

This has been a wonderful place stay at. During my recovery this is the 3rd nursing facility I have been in and so far it has exceeded the rest. ALL staff, including administration, were wonderful and very attentive. All my needs were met. I have no concerns regarding this place. My facility doctor was also very wonderful. I will be have a procedure coming up and I definitely want to return to Windsor Las Palmas. Thank you all VERY MUCH.

The establishment must address the issue of the front door. It is imperative to prevent situations where patients or residents might exit the premises independently, potentially leading to accidents. Additionally, the installation of surveillance cameras around the facility is essential to ensure both transparency and the safety of residents as well as their families. As someone with a relative residing in the facility, I would seek reassurance that my family member is treated with dignity and respect, rather than facing blame for any mistakes. Furthermore, it constitutes both a conflict of interest and a breach of Google’s Policy for the administration to require employees to submit five-star reviews for the facility.

My mother Nancy Sanchez was a resident here for 7 years, and what we experienced during her final days was nothing short of heartbreaking. Delayed responses, lack of urgency in medical care, and a dismissive attitude when we pleaded for her to be sent to the hospital. Now she’s in the ICU, on life support. This could’ve been prevented. Families deserve to know what really goes on. I want to be clear: I’m not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews or tries to tear anyone down. I’m not that person. I’m a very nice person “too nice” sometimes and it’s a reflection of my heart. My mother raised me to move through the world with softness, empathy, and love. But I can’t stay silent about this. The hardest part is knowing that the staff knew something was wrong and chose not to act. When we pushed for my mom to be taken to the hospital, we were told, “They’re not going to do anything over there either.” That told me everything I needed to know. And now that she’s lying in the ICU on life support, I know in my heart and I believe they know, too they messed up. They failed my mother, and they know it. But instead of accountability, we got excuses. If you have a loved one in this facility, I hope you never have to go through what we did. No one deserves this kind of neglect especially not someone who gave their life to loving others the way my mom did.

I’m very disappointed in how this facility lacked care and urgency for Nancy during her time here. What happened wasn’t just a small oversight it was a complete failure to respond when it mattered most. I hope this review helps other families ask harder questions and stay alert. Some residents here don’t have a voice and when those in charge fail them, it’s our responsibility to speak the truth even when it hurts. Oh but once state arrives they’re all on their best behavior. Where’s that same energy everyday? Very disappointed
