Malou is a terrific physical therapist - she’s very observant and knows just how and when to push a patient toward improving their physicality. She had me do a couple of exercises I didn’t think I could do on day one - but I could!! I’d want her in my corner any day! Thanks, Malou

If I could get this facility a 0 that's exactly what they deserve!!! I received care from this facility back in December 2024 for a broken femur. When I got there Friday "December 20th" night around 11:30pm, I did not know that it would be 3/4 days later that I would finally have my proper pain medication. For 3 almost 4 days I was giving "1" Tylenol 3 and regular Tylenol when I asked for them, for a broken femur!?!?!?... Somehow the priority of getting me my pain medication was not on their list apparently and someone definitely wasn't doing their job! I got all kinds of excuses why my medication wasn't there to my name wasn't on one piece of paper and one piece of paper was missing from the bunch. I could never get a straight answer. I hope that none of their family members receive care like I did here at this facility. Now let's get to the part where they left me on the commode for 15-20 minutes that I had to call the main number to get attention for someone to come and help me, they sent in Lil from Human Resources to help me off the portable toilet. Also I had my call light on for almost an hour and a half to get someone's attention to bring me my pain medication that I finally had to call the main number to get someone to come to my room, not to mention this was around 9:30 p.m. and I finally got a nurse to come around 11pm. Again the next night I put on my call light for over 25 minutes and it took me banging on my food tray to get somebody's attention. To my observation it seems to me that these people that work at this facility have so many coats that they have to wear for an example the caregivers are handing out food and then having to go back and get all the dirty dishes and take back to the kitchen. While doing so that takes their attention away from proper patient care. While doing physical therapy if the physical therapist got a phone call to go help another patient, they stop doing what they were doing with you and go help that patient and come back. Well that takes time away from the patient that's getting physical therapy. I do want to point out there are a few good workers that work there. Libby "caregiver " was outstanding-the best there!!! Tanisha "caregiver", Ms. Linda "wound care/nurse" and Cam "the nurse" was awesome also! All 4 were very attentive to my needs. Not sure where they got their 5 star rating with the state of Texas, I'm not seeing how it's possible when the care I received was absolutely terrible! When I asked them to send me a bill so I can pay my portion they sent it in my daughter's name 🤦🤦🤦 JUDY

This is an amazing facility. The caregivers are wonderful and give excellent care. The therapy team was also amazing and so caring. This is a wonderful feeling to create a home like environment for your loved one. I would not hesitate to send any of my family here to live long term or to just get rehabilitation.
