LIFE CARE CENTER OF MEDINA

Life Care invited us to collaborate an event with them and we have nothing but positive things to say. Beautiful building with a cozy and welcoming feeling. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The residents were very involved, happy, and friendly. Will return next year!

Our father was moved to Life Care from the hospital in June. It's located in a beautiful area and is an older facility but well taken care of and set up where the residents that can get around do and the ones that can't - they try and get to the community areas. I can't possibly name all the staff we interacted with over the weeks he was there... the PT department was wonderful, day and night staff was caring and support staff was helpful. I found only 1 nurse that should probably watch her language in the hall because residents and families CAN hear you! The food was varied and looked delicious and there was always plenty at each meal. Residents also have the option of choosing options for their menu. The staff on the weekend is light but still competent and some of the staff has been there for a very long time. The security is good as far as protecting residents goes. They are good at changing up routines, contacting doctors and communication with family. Just like anywhere - there are those that care more than others but they all care to a certain degree. They also have rules they have to follow. All in all I would recommend Life Care - for the people, the location, the food and the care. It's peaceful. Thank you Life Care :)

The staff is great! The nurses, aides and executive director is wonderful. The residents are happy, the food is good and every department works their hardest to provide great care!

Halloween event was amazing, my kids enjoyed the story time the best! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful free event for the community. I can’t wait until next year

Very easy transition from the hospital to care center! Brett in business office has been so helpful navigating us through the insurance requirements. Mom is enjoying her stay so far-we had mock margaritas together today when I visited her for Margarita Day courtesy of the Activities department . Mom says it’s the little things like this that make it more enjoyable. Nursing staff is very quick to let me know how mom is doing. Keep up the good work!
