My Father spent a few weeks here before being transported to Wisconsin. The care staff was great! I would like to call out his nurse Carl who was amazing. My dad trusted him like no other. The rehab team was great as was the wound care team. Thanks to all!!

MNRC was such a blessing for our dad! Everyone treated him with such kindness and gentleness. He felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was very professional. They were excellent at communicating daily updates on Dad's care and condition. Several staff members we would like to specifically thank for an outstanding job are; Carl, Amy, Fabiola, Laura, Ruby, Maria, Marlene, Tony, Jessica, Sylvia, Lisa, and Nydia.
My experience here has been a good one. They need to work on their food menu. Regardless of what your dietary menu is, there are some seasonings you can use to add some flavor to it. The cnas, nurses, and medaides are all very friendly and helpful. Therapy is good when it does something for you. Always looked forward to having Laura walk into my room and get me going. Overall had a good experience.
This place is bad ! I have a family member there and they take forever to change the patient and the one next to the patient is always wet as well it takes them 2 or 3 hours to go to there room and there excuse is that they are so busy I heard the conversation and the girl was just laughing at the patient when she was trying to explain she wasn’t taking her job seriously and she even mentioned she doesn’t care if she gets in trouble because they aren’t going to fire her ! If she doesn’t like her job she needs to look somewhere else ! And who ever is in charge needs to pay close attention to the workers some of them don’t treat the patience right and talks back to there patience I hope this gets fixed ASAP! Patience are there for a reason not to mistreat them !
