LUTHERAN LIVING SENIOR CAMPUS

Probably the best nursing home in the quad city area. If you think this facility isn’t up to standard, you obviously have not been in other nursing homes.

Our family had a great experience. The staff were kind and caring. They took care of our family member like they were their own. The current administrator seems to be doing positive things for this living center!

They didn't even make him comfortable as he died. Not enough staff, and those there work double shifts and too tired to care. Don't leave your family here alone; they would be better off in your basement neglected for 16 hours a day. Family is too heartbroken to pursue a grievance but would like to warn others.

My mother-in-law was in transitional care twice in the last 7 months and her care was exceptional. We were able to bring her chair from home in to the room for her comfort. The staff was so kind and helpful and very friendly. We were treated as though we were family. The food was good and dieticians were very patient and accommodating with her picky diet. We will definitely look to Lutheran Homes for assisted living when that day comes.

My uncle was there and I heard he didnt receive good care. My mom hasnt received good care there. My mom has been in and out of the hospital, my mom gets better at the hospital then gets worse when she goes back to Lutheran Living. I was talking to my mom through the window and she almost fell out of her chair. Why???? she was very weak because her oxygen machine wasnt on. My mom has fallen several times due to nobody coming in her room when she calls. The van that transported my mom back to Lutheran Living forgot her oxygen. My mom went without oxygen from Genesis East in Davenport all the way back to Muscstine!!!!. My mom was confused from lack of oxygen and then she fell twice because she couldnt get anyone to come in her room to help her. Wow!!!! Ridiculous. Hire more help so these wonderful elderly people get the proper care
