My mom was here several years ago for her knee replacement, I came today to see if I could bring my mom next week after her surgery (fracture shoulder) and I do need to say it looks way different just walking in reception welcomes you with a smile and helps you right away. Admisión Person wasn’t In but some one took the time to walk me around, couldn’t remember her name. Floor and rooms looked clean and they have plenty of rooms available. Why am I writing this post well, nothing on this reviews is accurate of the building now. I was told new management team was on board, give it a chance do not judge a book by its cover.
To begin and to be clear, I am a professional who works with skilled nursing In the Naples area. I have to say that it is very apparent that new leadership has come in. It is night and day. Now I feel that the nursing and therapy has upped the bar. And the ED has gotten Heritage under control. From the social worker on up and the nursing and staff I can see dramatic improvements in the care and in the environment. The therapy is good too.

I've been here 2 days. What a joke. For past 2 nights I've been left lying in wet diapers. The CNAs are a joke. They do not treat you kindly that's the night staff. The day staff is different. If I didn't have to be here I wouldn't. So far the therapist have been kind and considerate. I've yet to be changed this am. This place needs to be reported.
My Dad was there for a month and received terrible care. They did not keep him clean or change his catheter. He ended up with horrible bed sores and ulcers on his feet. They did not provide any dental care either....not sure what they did. The staff did not seem interested in him and obviously did not do their job. He was transferred home to Hospice care and we found how abysmal of a job they did. Do not send your loved one here. If I could give a review with negative stars I would have.
My husband was left a very long time for service. His abilities to move were very
limited. The staff spoke very little English and was very stressful to my husband who's weakness to speak was not being taken into consideration. I had to leave my home one night to go to help my husband get settled comfortable for night. I pulled my husband from there after 3 nights. I was very unhappy to have my sick husband being ignored. I would not recommended this place.
