Worst facility and management ever. My mom has been staying here for a pretty long time now and they keep giving her this one specific guy cna named "Paul guerrero" which is laziest cna that I have ever seen. He always leaves my mom's diaper soaking wet and no matter how many time I talk to the management about his laziness they are not doing anything at all. He's still there and they still keep giving him my mother's room. It just shows you how scared the management to fire someone their own race. This has been going on for MONTHS now. I'm really close on taking legal actions against this place just to teach them a lesson.

My mother was here at Windsor gardens and received great service from staff. Great enthusiasm especially from RNAs Veronica and Alan that always cheered up my mom and other patients with great attitude and energy and my mom was always happy to see them. I would give it 5 stars if the rest of the staff were like them.

The administrator himself is fake and will only show a smile just to get your family members admitted. Worst facility ever. For both the residents and the workers. The administrator has no idea what the CNA's (the workers who care and clean your family members) do. Which in my opinion says a lot about his character and the kind of person he is when it comes to running the place. My family members would not be safe here, constantly neglected but don't worry, he won't blame it on the lack of CNAs hired or the disorganized manner his nurses are either. Office will all blame it on the CNAS themselves because of course, everyone there expects the nurses and nursing assistants to split their bodies in half and do more labor than paid. The administrator is my main concern. Worst admin EVER! He raises his voice and has the shortest patience ever. Do NOT take your family here.

Dangerous place, The number one reason it's not a good place is the cockroaches the giant cockroaches, number two would be the workers are able to get away with neglecting the patients there, My mom was uncomfortable crying pleading with them not to bully her and violently aggressively rudely change her pads, They have bad management This is the type of facility that the lawyers are talking about when they inundate us with commercials for facilities that are doing seniors wrong.... When the places get sued then things start to get better. Let's all help to get this awful place shut down.

My 84 yr old mom had surgery that greatly debilitated her. I am a seasoned nurse. I've experienced my share of horrible skilled nursing facilities. I was hesitant & skeptical about my moms mandatory stay at ANY skilled nursing facility. However, the staff at Windsor Gardens proved otherwise and are phenomenal! They rise above & beyond expectations! Their director, 'Eddie' is engaging with patients & staff! Excellent leadership! Windsor Gardens CNA's are caring, respectful & professional! Administrative staff are resourceful & attentive to evolving needs. Six months post-surgery, my mom CHOOSES to stay at Windsor Gardens and calls it her new home! Of course, no facility is perfect, but Windsor Gardens comes pretty close to perfection!
