CORAL HARBOR REHABILITATION AND HEALTHCARE CENTER

There has been a total lack of communication and follow through since my daughter was admitted two weeks ago. I have requested a meeting with the social worker to determine the plan of care. NO one has gotten back to me other than a text wondering if I was taking my daughter home for Thanksgiving. If I could give a minus I would. As of this moment my daughter's doctor's appointment had to be cancelled due to the lack of communication and failure to set up transport for said appointment which they were told about upon admission two weeks prior. After working in this industry for years, this facility looks great on the outside but due to my experience the administrative end has a lot to be desired. My daughter is so sorry that she chose this facility instead of returning to Care One. As of this point, I am still not aware of what the end goal is.

My Mom was in Rehab at Coral Harbor for a month. The place is well kept the Staff were all very Professional and took care of everything needed. The Love and Care my Mom received is beyond appreciated. I thank each and everyone who was apart of her Care Team.

I am very pleased that we selected Coral Harbor for my husband’s rehab. He arrived on Saturday and his care has been excellent. The staff and therapists are professional, attentive, kind and friendly. This seems to be a very motivating and caring environment for getting well!

It is absolutely the best rehabilitation facility I've ever visited. The place is impeccable, it's like walking into a five-star rehabilitation facility. Everyone was very friendly. The person I visited was eating lunch and I could see that the food looked great. A very very clean excellent care rehabilitation Center. I will recommend it to people that I know who may need such a facility.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. From the front desk receptionist to the aides, nurses, and the DON (who blended with everybody). Everyone wore a smile and stepped out of their desks and tasks just to guide me through the floor. The residents were also friendly. It was a great experience. Five stars!
