I cannot say enough about JSPAR the staff, from nursing to administration were beyond wonderful. Very attentive to my mom who has dementia. Their patience with her was impeccable. I am so glad we got her there.Thank you so much mom is home now.

I recently experienced Jersey Shore Post Acute and Nursing Home in Neptune NJ and was extremely impressed! The staff is dedicated and compassionate, making residents feel truly cared for. A special shoutout to Sara, who was exceptionally warm and attentive. Her positive attitude and genuine concern for the residents really stood out.The facility is clean and welcoming, with engaging activities. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality care!
The facility is great great great!! The rehab team was super, I came in to the facility bed bound and on my day of discharge, I am safely walking out with my walker!! All the staff was happy and polite. Jenn will forever be my mama bear! The facility was always clean and smelled nice. Thank you to everyone who supported and cared for me during the last few weeks.
I was in a rehab before JSPA, and this place far exceeded my previous stay and my expectations. The staff and rehab team were phenomenal. They worked patiently with me so I was strong and confident to return home. The social worker always made herself available even when running between other meetings and patients. I highly recommend this facility !!
I have been in other rehab facilities and this has been the best experience. I didn't have one complaint. I got good care and the rehab therapista helped me to go home. My wife also had a good experience, everyone was always so friendly and noted how clean it always was
