GREEN VALLEY CARE CENTER

The staff there was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Wish I could remember the girls name but one w black bangs and pony on the dementia unit and tattoos and long dark hair and short haired lady who cared for My granny in 116 made a very hard visit for me so much better.

We had an unexpected hospital stay with my father recently and we have been through hospitals and rehab facilities. My father was transferred here on Monday evening and he has done more in one day than he has in over a month. Staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. I am so highly impressed with the staff there! Your loved one truly matters to them and that is so very important! I see a bright future for my father for the first time in a month! Super excited for this step in our journey! Thank you all so much! I hope the staff know how much that means to a family to see that type of interaction with their loved ones!

The worst care center I have ever stayed in. I spent 40 days there. Finally when I met with the director with 4 pages of information about my experience in the hospital I suddenly was well enough to go home. The day before the meeting I was told I needed to stay several more weeks. The food was so bad you couldn’t eat it. I was allowed to shower 4 times in 40 days and had to beg for those times. Please don’t abandon your loved ones there

My 87 year old mom wasn’t doing great when she got here. She was struggling with her health and was unstimulated and sad at her previous facility. Shes’s thriving here. They care about the residents. She is participating in activities, doing physical therapy and happy. Her speech pathologist got her on the right diet and works with her. So thankful for staff at Green Valley.

If could give a 0 Stars i would my wife came to that place from Florida every month to visit are terminal ill daughter and tripped over there bed wheels and fell they made her go to hospital and said they would pay for it. Today she gets a Bill for 5000 dollar they lie and don't tell the truth about what they will do and don't trust them as far as you can throw them.my wife is 75 years old an we think that thought after she got back to Florida they did not have to pay for her hospital bills. Still have a shoulder that hurts her we will see what they think when we go forward with this.they don't do anything but tell lie after lie trying to avoid the fact that they own this bill I would not recommend ANY family member to be put in this place.an another thing DONOT believe the director of that place he is the Lying person I ever dealt with.he will keep putting you off hoping you go away. AGAIN DON'T PUT YOUR LOVE ONE IN THAT PLACE.
