The staff at Rolling Hills put their compassion in action everyday! They are very caring a ready to help in any way they can. Today I had the pleasure of a resident approach me to make sure I knew how well her CNA takes care of her!

My uncle currently resides in this facility. There are 2 good caregivers that are extremely overworked with limited resources. Due to my uncles deteriorating condition, he engages in unsanitary, potentially dangerous behaviors. Every time I have visited, it has been in appalling condition. I have observed staff sleeping through these conditions. Blame is always shifted to housekeeping but no staff (regardless of your position) should sit by while family members and loved ones are living like this day to day. There are circumstances preventing me from moving him to a facility more equipped to ease my uncles conditions. So hopefully the right person reads this review and takes action in this facility. The people living there deserve it.

I knew when I did my walk-through, Rolling Hills was the place for my loved one! They provide so many services for the ones residing there. Laundry, labeling clothes, activities, and hair salon! (So glad to get rid of his beard and a nice haircut). I am there quite often and everyone has been really nice. The Administration staff are so friendly and help guide you through the process of placement and any questions you have about the facility. Remodeling is in the works and this is exciting news! I leave there feeling confident he’s being cared for and that relieves stress and I am able to come home to have a good night sleep!
