LIFE CARE CENTER OF NEW PORT RICHEY

My wife has been here for physical therapy for awhile. She has had to go back to the hospital during her time here for her CHF. Each time, Life Care was there to take her back to finish her program to get her strong enough to get home to me. They have well trained personnel to take care of the patients and treat you like you are a member of their family. The Physical Therapy team is on a level with the best out there. They make it so the patients want to work and get better, over all this is a place I am proud to have helping my wife get better. Jack L. Seeley

We couldn’t be happier with the care our mom is receiving at this nursing home. From the moment she arrived five months ago the difference has been night and day. At her previous facility, she was bedridden and placed on hospice. Since moving here, she has truly thrived. The nurses and staff are incredibly attentive and compassionate. They treat her with dignity and make her feel like part of a family. The activity department goes above and beyond. There is always something fun going on, and Mom loves being involved. She now has the independence to get around in her wheelchair, she’s socializing and enjoying life again. She comments frequently about how good the food is. There are several meal choices each day, and the dining experience is more like a restaurant than a nursing home. Instead of being served on a tray, meals are brought to the table with care, making it feel like a real dining experience that Mom really enjoys. The business office has been a huge help as well. They’ve been so patient with all my questions and have made figuring out the financial side much less stressful. This place has been a blessing for our whole family. I can’t recommend it enough.

Everyone strives to find the very best care for their loved one, but it seems no place will ever be just perfect. Life Care of NPR comes as close as you can find in the Trinity area. Mom spent 20 days in Rehab, and she was always safe in their care and for that I am grateful. She is about ready for release to her ALf apartment, thanks to the staff of Life Care.

My mom was here for two weeks with a broken ankle. We were very satisfied with Monday through Friday day shift. The staff overall has been amazing! Weekends were a mix as staff was not regular. The PT staff was amazing and did a great job preparing her for coming home!! Overall, we would recommend. Very clean.

I have a friend who’s been at the Life Care Center in New Port Richey for about a week. All the people I have interacted with have been very pleasant, positive, and helpful. The place seems to offer many activities for the residents, is clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here if the need would arise.
