Fantastic Place! My Mom was there for several weeks and was taken care of by some very sweet and caring nurses. We could not have asked for a better place. Antoine, the administrator, was very kind and always available anytime we needed. Bry , the case worker, was just precious! She worked hard to make sure our every need was met. If you find yourself needing skilled care or rehabilitation for a loved one, I highly recommend Medical Park West!!

My Grandfather was recently here. The nurses and staff are so kind. The administrator was very kind and always available whenever we needed. He always took care of our concerns no matter what time of the day or night. The place was very welcoming and always clean every time we were visiting, the receptionist was so kind when we arrived. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place ! Would recommend highly and would bring any of my our family members here! Bry was helpful with his discharge and Alexis made the admission process very smooth. Some of the reviews seem bad, but I say to try this place before you believe what’s being wrote on here!

I was recently discharged from this facility, although I was glad to be home I had the best nurses Yvette and Chasity were 2 im pretty sure was sent from heaven. They were absolutely the best I have ever seen. The day shift Lashante could really use alot more training. She was on her phone all the time she was attempting to tend to the patients needs. She dodged call lights and would come into your room to find out what you needed with you call light was for and if it was something simple and easy she would do it. If it was a harder job she would make up an excuse and say I will be right back I have to go get what ever...other nurses off other floor such as Dana and Cynthia (Heather) .[.isj] lol. All the med nurses were excellent and brought my medicine always on time. The last 2 days were prob my worse there and again the day shift Lashante took over an hour to hook up my oxygen from returning from therapy and had ran out of my bottle my o2 was one of the reason I was there and my o2 sats plummeted fast. Thank God my husband finally ask the receptionist to go to my room or find someone to. Kiley had no problem running down and hooking up my oxygen. Then the last night was a new nurse I had never seen I believe they said her name was Clarion but at this time I don't believe this was her name because I had to call with my cell phone to call the facility and it was answered DOMINOS PIZZA. When I pressed further it was just a joke. Wich I thought was funny. These young ladies mostly deserve pizza. Now the physical therapy and rehab part of my stay was outstanding could not ask for better.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This facility is dangerous, filthy, and run by people who should not be caring for anyone. I visited almost every day and witnessed something awful every time. The building constantly smells like urine and feces. Residents are left in soiled beds for hours before anyone bothers to help. Medication management is a complete disaster. My mom was released with TEN blister packs of oxycodone—way beyond what should’ve been in her possession if they were dosing correctly. On top of that, I found a pill just lying on the bathroom floor in her room. My mother told me more than once that the nurse would go into the bathroom before bringing her medication, or claim she had “already given it” when she clearly hadn’t. My mom was convinced this nurse was pocketing or taking her oxycodone. One of the nurses handing out meds literally had a phone propped up on the medication cart and was FaceTiming someone while preparing narcotics. She was too busy talking about “girl you need to leave him” instead of paying attention to what she was handling. It gets worse—I walked past a room and saw an elderly man lying face-down on the floor. I immediately told a staff member, and instead of checking on him right away, she went to find someone else first like it was no big deal. No urgency. No care. The staff are neglectful, unprofessional, and act like they don’t even want to be there. Residents are treated like burdens, not human beings. I’m in the process of reporting this facility and considering legal action. This place needs to be investigated and shut down before somebody dies—if they haven’t already.

This place is deplorable! Do not send your loved ones here! My granny was here after the hospital discharged her due to a fall. Myself and family visited and brought her food everyday! She worsened while she was here and started acting strangely! We requested multiple times and have proof that we needed her tested for a uti. It was never done!!! We walked in on her having a seizure and her blood sugar was at 60 and dropped to 30! They did not want to call 911! We did and the er told us she was septic due to a uti! Also told us her bloodwork looked like she overdosed on blood thinners. She does not take blood thinners! I literally watched the woman that helped raise me die after 6 days! Her death was reported as a uti that turned into sepsis! She also had MRSA! Her kidneys weren’t functioning and she ended up on dialysis. My family and I are heartbroken. We are reporting this place to the state and seeking legal action! She probably would have lived if they would have given her a damn uti test like we asked!!
