I have been wanting to write this review for months now and hadn't yet because I have sooo much to say and don't know how to say it all. Please read this knowing that it does not begin to cover how grateful and touched I am by the care of this team.
A close family friend, who is an elderly woman, 86 years old went in for foot surgery due to diabetes, and came out with an infection in her leg and the vein they made created a huge infection terrible place. I’ve heard bad things about this place before, but I didn’t put two into together until now please take your relative elsewhere they do not care here at all!!!!
My father too will be going to this facility today also coming from the WEST LA VA Medical center. I requested it since it is close to our home off of Laurel Canyon Bl. and Magnolia. He is only there for 2 weeks of P.T. But I will be going there today after they settle him in. Since he is bright and talks too much like a parrot, I will ask him everyday how he is being treated.
I am putting 3 stars for now since I dont know anything yet and this site won't let me post until I do. So I will know more this afternoon when I get there.
Every time you call,they put you on hold forever and said the supervisor probably is on break,my grandma is there,not a good place to leave your love ones,please don't take them there,she has fallen twice
My father was admitted to this facility, coming from the WestLA VA Med center. He was given cleaning supplies for his genitals. A week into the stay, the Head Nurse is accusing him of thievery for his CLEANING SUPPLIES. My dad up and left that same day. He himself is 77 years old, he wouldn't steal from old people. Watch for elder abuse 'round this place
