⸻ We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care my dad received during his time here in Valley Village Care Center. From the very beginning, the entire team welcomed us with warmth and treated us like family. The nurses, CNAs, and administrators showed my dad such genuine compassion, dignity, and respect in every moment. They made his final days not only comfortable, but truly special. Their kindness, patience, and attention brought us so much peace during a very difficult time. Finding a place you can trust with your loved one is priceless, and we feel incredibly blessed that my dad spent his last days surrounded by such devoted and compassionate people. We will forever be thankful for the support and comfort they gave to him and to our family.

Valley Village Care Center has been nothing short of a blessing. From day one, I felt reassured knowing my loved one was in the hands of people who truly care. The administrative staff is approachable, supportive, and keeps families well-informed, which means so much when you’re navigating a difficult time. What impressed me most is that the staff treats every patient like family. They notice the small things, they check in often, and they make sure each person feels seen and cared for. I’m truly grateful for Valley Village Care Center. they set a STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE that’s rare to find, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my loved one.

This facility truly stands out. It’s clean, welcoming, and doesn’t have that typical “nursing home” smell. But what really makes it special is the staff—they are genuinely kind, compassionate, and caring. While no place is perfect, it’s clear that everyone here gives their best every day to provide the highest quality care. They not only care for the patients, but they also show empathy and support to the families, which means so much. The kitchen staff are also incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. You can feel that this is a place where people matter

My dad has been staying at Valley Village Care Center for a little while now, and I just want to say how thankful I am for the way they take care of him. The nurses are really kind and always makes him feel comfortable. Every time I visit, he's clean and well-fed which means a lot to me. It's not easy trusting someone else with your parent’s care, but seeing how they treat him with patience really puts my mind at ease. I really appreciate everything they do.

This place was recommended by someone that works there. I was skeptic because they worked there. But I called them anyway and they gladly gave me a tour. The facility is clean and the staff were friendly. I saw in the hallway that some residents' beds were in the hallway. They told me that they deep clean a room once a day from top to bottom. So I liked that about them. The staff were welcoming and attentive to their residents too. So we decided to put my loved one there. She was there for a short period of time but she was well taken cared of. They care deeply for their patients and they have good activity going on. The residents seems to be having fun. Thanks to their Rehab team and their nurses my loved one got better and she eventually was able to go home.
