CITADEL AT CASA SCALABRINI

I have been so impressed with the care my brother has been receiving at Casa. Every level of staff has been so caring, professional and responsive throughout this difficult journey. Salma goes the extra mile with her compassion and help whenever I have a question or need. Victoria, Uriel, Rosita, Essa, and Teretita provide constant clarity and comfort for our family as we support our brother. The direct, hands-on care he receives daily from his nurses, CNA's, food staff and therapists are exceptional. We are blessed and grateful.

Our experience with Citadel was truly invaluable. I never imagined the difference this facility—and especially its staff—would make in my wife’s life. When she arrived, she was so vulnerable, weak, and uncertain. But from the very beginning, the care she received was nothing short of exceptional. Two nurses in particular, Victoria and Frank, went above and beyond. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. They cared for my wife as if she were their own family and made us feel completely at ease during such a difficult time. Thanks to their dedication, my wife wasn’t just treated—she was honored. She was made to feel like a queen at a time when she needed that level of care and kindness the most. I am forever grateful to Citadel and especially to Frank and Victoria for their extraordinary service and heartfelt support. My wife is well on her way to recovery! To God be the glory and to Nurses Victoria and Frank goes the honor.

My brother Keith Jones were there going on 3 months I was there morning to night each day I never experienced a nurse like Victoria who went beyond her duties to help any patient that needed assistance.. she didn't wait on cna I seen with my own eyes how gentle patient kind polite she was with each patient. That's what you call a team player.. because of her smile to greet you when you enter her earea I always felt my brother was in good hand when I left for the day. Thank you so much for just willing to help my brother to recovery

The staff at Citadel at Casa Scalabrini are truly exceptional. Every individual, across all departments, goes above and beyond to make sure every person is well taken care of. I have seen their leaders and administrators take the time out of their days to sit down and listen to residents and families to ensure that the care provided is understood and provides a platform that loved ones can ask detailed questions, which is something that proves that they really care about each person. In my eyes what really sets this facility apart is but also the dedication of its team—many of whom have been with the organization for over 20 years. This level of longevity and loyalty is rare in the healthcare industry and speaks volumes and its so nice to see the same nurses and aides caring for your loved one year after year- they become an extension of your family and brings on an additional layer of trust and overall quality of care.

My 95 year old Mother was in for rehab and the head nurse, Victoria was amazing. Always attentive to my mother’s needs and to any questions her family had. My mother left letting Victoria know she will really miss her. So grateful to Victoria and Angelica and the aids as well as Uriel (rehab) for their care, diligence and attention to my mother. I’d also like to thank Dr. Said and nurse practitioner Brittany for treating my mother’s condition. My family cant thank you all enough. What a great team at VS.
