My grandmother was a resident at twilight for little less then a year. While she was there she had the best care with a very professional team. I am very thankful for the nurses and aides that were by my side taking care of her. I would recommend twilight to anyone. I appreciate everyone in that building.

I just went to see my mom today after she had texted me HELP as soon as I saw her I noticed her lip was puffed up I have no clue what is going on over there but if it doesn't get addressed extremely soon I will be hiring a lawyer

This place appeared to be a nice place. The administrator and respiratory therapists took the time to answer any questions we had. And any time we asked to speak to them they were available during hours. After hours is definitely different. House keeping was not great. My brother was always in the same position every time I seen him. He never looked fresh. His hair was oily as well as his face. They said they’d shave him but never did. My niece had him brought back home. He has serious bed sores to where he needs surgery. This is from laying on his back all the time. I seen the sores going up his legs weeks ago. They said that they were getting better. Not to mention the bone infection and now he is on dialysis. Not because his kidneys just failed. But because he had a catheter that should have been checked regularly to catch a urinary tract infection. And while we were there visiting a women fall in the restroom. Laid there for 20 minutes before they helped her. My husband went to get her help and they said we are on shift change. 20 minutes later he went back up to the desk and said he would call the ambulance. Then they immediately went to help her. It saddens me to know that the elderly isn’t a priority. You will all one day have a relative in need. And I pray that you are not there just for a paycheck. It shouldn’t be just a job. Working with people requires empathy, you love them.

My brother in law was just transferred out. Staff has no empathy for the patients. Money is their drive. Shame on you management! My brother has stage 4 bedsores. I should have known when the women fell in the bathroom. I went for help and the nurse stated they were changing shifts. Fifteen minutes later I went to say do I need to call the rescue squad. Then is when they attended to her.

My brother was recently transferred here from Mansfield general. He was under treatment for cancer and to be rehabilitated. When I would visit, I would have to tend to his personal care and hygiene, change his linens, etc. he had 2 falls out of bed and I was notified of one. I literally found out from a physician at FTMC that my brother had been sent to the hospital 36 hours prior. The facility didn’t notify any family members that he was transferred to the hospital. When I called to speak with the DON, I was transferred to a VM that was full and could not receive any more VM. When I called back to leave a message with staff, I was informed she was already dealing with another issue. I still have not received a call regarding this. They are clearly negligent and habitually short staffed with poor continuity of care and lack of communication. I do not recommend at all.
