I am sorry to see so many negative reviews. I have not had that experience with this facility at all. My uncle was an emergency case and they took him in straight from the hospital. I am handicapped and unable to give him the type of intense care he requires. He has been there over a year now and he's very happy where he is. He likes the food and has not complained to me about any issues. They have taken him to doctor appts and to the dentist. He has received meals while I was there visiting. They were a tremendous help in finding a great realtor to sell his home. All proceeds went directly into my uncle's bank account. He realized that he needed full-time care and he was in the best place for it. The staff has always been friendly and professional. My only complaint is I wish the parking lot was bigger. I have to use a walker and once when I was there the parking lot was completely full. I had to park around the corner on grass and tree roots, which was a fall threat to me. But that only happened the one time.

This will be a very lengthy review due to my very negative experience at this facility. I hope that whoever reads this review takes it seriously. I only put a star because it was the only way I was able to write a review. I was at this facility for 2 months and my experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. This facility is severely understaffed first of all. The night staff is terrible because management has gone home for the day and they think because of this they can do and say whatever they want without any consequences and not get caught. THEY ARE WRONG. If a patient uses their call light (especially at night), some are forced to wait up to an entire hour to be seen or tended to in any way. There is a call light screen at each nurse station that shows the room number calling and the time the light has been activated and I've seen some rooms wait up to 45 minutes or more even if there are nurses or CNA's sitting at the nurses station. To get even the most basic needs and attention, the patient has to yell and scream at the top of their lungs to get seen and that also takes a very long time. The staff is very negative, rude and disrespectful especially to those who suffer from anxiety (such as myself). Nurses and CNA's will yell at patients no matter what their mental health status is and because a lot of the staff speaks in a heavy accent, they think the patient can't understand what they are saying and the staff has been known to say rude and horrible things about the patient even if they are in the same room. The food is horrendous, very unhealthy and packed with fat and sodium. If you try to contact Dietary Services, be prepared to wait days to weeks to speak to anyone to request dietary changes. Also be prepared to spend money on food or go out of your way to bring food that has any nutritional value. If the patient suffers from incontinence issues of any form, they are forced to wait and sit or lay in their own bodily fluids. If the patient has an accident, some staff members will get mad and angry at the patient and shame them for something that is out of their control. There are staff members who do not know what they are doing or what they should do to care for a patient and they will say that out loud. If there is a malfunction in medical equipment, staff members have been known to say "I don't know what to do." or "What do you want me to do?" and that shows that they are not remotely trained on how to use medical equipment or troubleshoot any issues. Staff members have also been known to discuss topics such as religion and question YOUR religious beliefs and judge you for them and this is all while being cornered and made to feel uncomfortable if that is not a subject matter you discuss. All of this behavior of day and night staff has been reported to nursing managers and such and meetings are allegedly held to fix the issues but NOTHING changes and NOTHING gets done. PT and OT staff have very little to NO patience with certain patients and residents and you WILL experience emotional and mental abuse. Also, PT and OT sessions are a complete waste of time because they are not accommodating to all patients needs and a lot of them spend more time gossiping and chatting like they're at a party than actually doing anything for the patient during their limited 30 minute session time. Lastly, they will discharge you before you are ready to go home plus if you need specific medical supplies ordered, you must be super ultra specific when it comes to what you need and specifics such as dimensions because they will order the wrong thing. If you have even a bit of common sense or care about yourself or your loved ones, DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS FACILITY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. You or your loved one will suffer in and out of the facility. Whoever is reading this, save yourself the mental anguish that will stem from this place and save your time. To those who have been there, are in there or are planning to be there because you have no other option, I wish you the best of luck in life. You are going to need it.

The staff did not take care of my mother li law. Left her in the bed no physical therapy. She fractured her ankle there they never told us. I would sue them but don’t have the time. Stay away from!

*****BEWARE*****
I'll keep this as short as possible.
Both of my 71 and 72-year-old parents ended up at this facility for "rehab" at the same time. Dad was there a little longer; then Mom joined him.
While Dad was there first, his $1400 cellular phone went missing (stolen) along with the pair of pants he had when he checked in, but more importantly, his wallet with a few credit cards and ID—Social Security, and a couple of hundred dollars in cash, etc.
My Mom was released from the hospital and admitted for rehabilitation as well, within 24 hours, she died in THEIR care. I have no idea how; they just said they found her "Unresponsive." I live a few hours away, and when I got the call, I started working on funeral arrangements in their town. They called me three times to say that they needed a Funeral home to remove the body, I explained that I was working on it since this was not expected. They ended up calling one independently, which I later had to call and argue to cancel their services.
Immediately after Mom's passing, I tried to pull my Dad out since he felt they had just literally killed his wife (suspected sedative overdose). They don't seem to be bothered by patients that are awake. They asked me to wait one more night so he would not be discharged AMA (Against Medical Advice), which I did.
I was told I needed to file a police report for the theft/missing items. I filled out their required forms, etc. To this date (weeks have passed), no one has reached out, and there has been no resolution to the missing items and valuables.
I spoke to the Administrator a couple of times regarding all these issues, along with a staff member who told a family friend visiting them that "by law," they only needed to check patients every 2-3 hours.
Our family friend had found urine all over his bed and floor, and he was passed out. He tried to rouse him for over 30 minutes, but my Dad would not wake up.
I live five hours away so I called right away and was told by the Nurse on duty, "All we gave him was Tylenol."
No one is unconscious for over 30 minutes from 500mg of Tylenol.
Please do not let them admit your loved ones into this facility; even the Sheriff's Deputy who took my Police Report said they all joked about this place (morbid and dark, I know) This is where people go to die...
You be the judge and look at the review average, which is just here on Google.
I am seeking an attorney since I have not been able to reach their Corporate Office.

I've been here for a month and the staff here has been absolutely amazing. From my very first day till now I've had great care. My CNA's Alyssa who is so helpful and sweet, Brenda aka(Grandma) who is amazing,Katrina who went above and beyond to help me, Remy a great young man, Alexis, and last but not least Tammy who is awesome also. The nursing staff Lila , Shauna, Dawn, Pam and others who's names I can't recall have all been wonderful caring and compassionate. The therapy crew here including Shanteria, Jessica, Floyd, Cindy, Elaina, Steve, Robert, and others are patient, kind, and great at helping you recover. The ladys in housekeeping always do a great job.The only downside here is not a fault of theirs but the industry is food. It's not horrible but not great but then again when is it in a healthcare setting.
