My visit was promp. Wasn’t a long stay. I was pleased with the staff service. She was very articulate. I really do appreciate her and the time that she exercises during my visit. It gives me great pleasure wanting to be a part of that team. Good job with customer service. Excellent!

Great place my mother left this facility 1 weeks ago . Great service and great Welcome by the nurse Vanessa , she explained everything that my mom was comfortable with staying. She was very sweet and gentle. My mom was satisfied with treatment and therapy sessions. The nurses are very supportive and helpful. The CNAs are great too . Great place !

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! I am furious about the deplorable conditions at Garden Court, and it’s shocking that this place is still in business. If you care about your loved ones, do NOT send them here! My family member, who has dementia, is suffering immensely due to the blatant neglect of the staff. She now has bed sores that are terrifyingly large, all because the staff fails to turn her or change her properly. It’s disgusting to witness such inhumane treatment! The staff puts on a façade of care when family members visit, serving food and then walking away. They claim she’s not hungry, but when we reheat the food later, she devours it! This is clear evidence that she’s being left hungry for HOURS. How can they justify this level of neglect? It’s heartbreaking and enraging to know she’s malnourished due to their complete disregard for her well-being. This facility should be SHUT DOWN immediately! The staff must be held accountable for their actions. NO ONE should have to endure this type of suffering in a care facility. I urge anyone considering this place to think twice and speak out against the horrific treatment happening here! In response to the “owner”. Before sharing this review, I made several attempts to reach the director of nursing. Regrettably, she did not take my calls. I left a detailed voicemail with my contact information, but I never received a response. Additionally, when I called the number recommended by the "owner," I was transferred to her voicemail, which simply stated, “This is [Name], the director of nursing at the Garden Court,” followed by an abrupt beep. There was no prompt to leave a message or any assurance that she would get back to me. This lack of professionalism in communication is also concerning.

Wonderful staff - very attentive, responsive, and compassionate. The food is good and physical therapy and occupational therapy are excellent! Very happy my family member is in such safe hands. Thank you Gardens Court for all you do. We appreciate you.

The facility is very nice. Above board. It's the staff and the kindness of the nurses and aids that sets the entire culture. Patients are happy and engaged. Well taken care of.
