Wow, Daisy Ocasio went the extra extra mile to gather the necessary data and get the approvals in order for my elderly mother to be accepted into her facility. The other skilled nursing facility option we were slated for (by default) was much less than ideal (and quite depressing), so it was a great sigh of relief to hear how Daisy pulled together such a clutch turnaround, at the buzzard [moments before my mom was discharged from the hospital]. Daisy is quite the people-person, and most definitely deserves a huge raise and promotion! She is the perfect person for the job. 10/10

Care, compassion, and kindness... that's what Corner View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center showed my elderly mother who was recently in their care. After a recent and severe medical event placed my mother in a hospital in PA, I needed help to navigate her care from across the US! Her ICU case manager (Lindsey) got in contact with Corner View Nursing, who not only accepted her, understood her extraordinary needs, but also took note of my family's far distance from her at the time. My thankfulness starts with Emily, the amazing marketing manager who not only contacted me personally, but also accepted her case, she even called me when she arrived to the facility so that I could speak to her directly. However, the journey for my mother did not stop there, nor did the amazing people (they're not just staff) who showed up for her and worked with her daily to help ensure she would be fit for travel. Sheryl, the beautiful angel of a social worker who assisted me in reconnecting with my mother, understanding her medical needs, and keeping me up to date on her progress was tantamount to what essentially became a rescue mission. My mother was there for nearly a month, before my family was finally able to properly retrieve her and travel home with her back across the country. Without Corner View Nursing, I am afraid to say I am unsure of what would have happened to her, and how I would have been able to ensure her safety in these very strange times. I know you'll see old reviews listed below, I saw them too when I first looked up the facility, but it IS a different place now. It is carried on by a compassionate group of considerate people who actually care about the elderly, those with cognitive issues, and various other forms of patients. These days it feels like the world would rather neglect or ignore those with issues, but Corner View Nursing does not, they accept them and do their best to assist them. They went above and beyond in making sure our rescue mission was a success, and this review is not even a fraction of my feelings for what they made possible. However, it's something I needed to share, in hopes that if you're in the same situation like me, OR even if you're not and you're just hoping the person you love is in good hands, I can honestly say yes.

Every person deserves to be cared for, especially in moments of vulnerability. After my loved one, was hospitalized, Corner View’s Marketing Director (Daisy), visited him several times. Her visits were extremely helpful and positively impactful. This gesture, simple in its execution yet profound in its impact, showed genuine concern. Her visits also sent a powerful message—that his well-being matters to both her and to Corner View.

The sign in process was amazing. It was fast and easy. The staff was very friendly. They also allowed me to take my sister out front to enjoy the nice weather. They were accommodating with the things needed at the time. Even when leaving they were very nice and said the Have a nice day. I really enjoyed going to this facility.

Corner View has been a good place for my family. We've enjoyed small family parties downstairs and it's an easy drive from my home. The quality of care has been good as well. When I have to use Rehab Services, I'll certainly look there first!
