MENLO PARK POST ACUTE

The staff here at Menlo Park have been amazing! They have a solid nursing team that provides excellent care. They are also making massive renovations on the interior and exterior of the building to make it nicer for the residents, staff and visitors.

My mother stayed at Menlo Park for a month in a half and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention they received. The nursing staff were consistently kind, professional, and responsive—even during busy times. They treated my mother with dignity and warmth, and were great about keeping us updated. The social services team went above and beyond in helping us navigate insurance questions and discharge planning. They were always available and very supportive throughout the process. Therapy services were outstanding. The physical and occupational therapists worked closely with [him/her] and created a plan that really helped improve mobility and confidence. We were impressed by the dietary department—meals were not only nutritious but also catered to individual preferences and needs. The maintenance and housekeeping team kept everything clean, safe, and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind. Lastly, the activities team made a big difference in quality of life. The variety of programs kept residents engaged, and they always encouraged participation in a respectful and uplifting way. We are so thankful to everyone at Menlo Park Their teamwork, professionalism, and compassion truly stood out. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking skilled nursing care for a loved one!

I am a nurse and I visited a client today. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Client stated she is very happy with the care she has been receiving. One star docked due to the facility appearing older with older equipment. There was painting going on, but otherwise clean facility. Rooms are a bit small and hallways packed with people.

Lovely and clean facility. The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and finding my family member and direct me to their room. I don't know if I remember her name right but I believe it was Summer. My uncle seem to particularly enjoy staying up the facility.

Summer their receptionist is a breath of fresh air. Extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. Azra is also the greatest CNA i have ever encountered. Anyone lucky enough to meet those two should consider themselves very fortunate.
