My Mother in Law spent the last 18 years in that hell hole. In December of 2024 they allowed Compassus Hospice representatives talk my then 89 year old MIL into signing up for hospice care by telling her if she did they would give her pain pills and she would have more people taking care of her. We still have no idea what her terminal illness is. They claim it was heart. I guess because she had open heart surgery over 40 years ago and since then has had a couple stents put in that they can say she had terminal heart problems. I didn’t know that deciding to maintain the health of your heart was a bad thing. I think it’s horrible that they prey on the elderly and get them to sign things without fully understanding. She did have a power of attorney who was never informed because according to them she was of sound mind. Now 5 months later she is 90 and gets a UTI. It goes untreated for who knows how long and she starts to hallucinate. Which is a side effect that can happen. The way they decided to calm her down was buy giving her morphine. So much morphine that for 36 hours none of her Grandchildren could wake her. No matter how much they yelled or shook her. When she finally does open her eyes she can’t speak at all. So here we are 3 days later and she’s dead. Were her grandchildren notified? Of course not. Even though a couple of them left their phone numbers and asked if they would call if anything happened. Instead they called her POA who lives in another state and didn’t bother to call until after I had already called Lincoln Villa. Then to top it off my daughter and my niece go there today to grab a few things that they had bought their grandmother and the nurse tells him her POA wants her room left untouched until she figures things out. So when my daughter takes the 4-5 small items that she bought, they called the police on her. Really nice way to treat someone who just lost their Grandma. A Grandma she spent every week with. Real compassionate. News flash. A POA’s power dies when the person dies. So she has no legal right to my MIL ‘s property. It belongs this her children and only one is in her life. My daughter’s Father and he has given the grandchildren permission to take whatever makes them remember here. The only people I’m afraid will steal anything she has is the staff, because any place that steals her nightgowns, her blankets and even a new deodorant can’t be trusted. If you have anyone that you thinks need to go to a home DO NOT SEND THEM HERE AND DO NOT USE COMPASSUS HOSPICE. Neither of them have any compassion or know how to treat someone’s loved one.

I went to visit my friend's fiance today. I was VERY impressed the minute I walked in. Easy check in process, and the young lady at the reception desk was very helpful. The staff to resident ratio was great! The entire building is clean, and doesn't have any foul odors. Every staff member I met today was very cheerful and really seemed to love their jobs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people work here. And they work as a team. I observed care and respect for residents, visitors, as well as each other. The nurse watched as my fiance took his medications to be sure he didn't accidently drop any. I came and left on different days and times, and was always impressed. All of the bad things I have seen and heard about these types of establishments do NOT apply to this place. I have told my family if I ever need to be at this type of facility, that it better be this one!

A beautiful lady passed away in her sleep because she was sick and the staff did Nothing! They Should have took her to the hospital! Horrible place! Overpriced to mistreat elderly and get them sick with their bad food! Nightmare... when I'm there i hear the patients scream out in pain ...they cry out for help...& no one comes... She didn't deserve to go like that... I feel so bad... I'm so so sorry ... If I had a millions dollars i would improve the quality of that facility & many others
