Please don’t ever send your loved ones here. My mother was there for a couple weeks and was mistreated horribly. I complained multiple times to management for things only got better for short time. The CNA‘s spent more time on their phones and treated the patients like they were bothering them. They were rough and my mother passed away just a few weeks after leaving the facility when they said she was great to come home less than 24 hours she was back in the hospital. From one caregiver to another, pick a different facility . if I could give negative stars I would. my mother fell and broke her femur and foot and only declined after being at the tower. The first night I received a phone call from her stating that she could not breathe and nobody had checked on her and over five hours. She was left in her own waist for multiple hours at a time, and when they would change her, was done roughly and with a lot of attitude By the time she was “” ready for discharge nobody helped me get her into the car. The paperwork was not ready and nobody seemed to know what to do. Lesson 24 hours she was back in the hospital and needed a blood transfusion and a BiPAP machine where she quickly declined from that point

If it were up to me this place would be shut down!!! It's horrible! My mother was here and didn't get ANY help from the aids. There's NO cameras inside, outside or surrounding the facility, anything could happen, they could treat your family members ANY kind of way and won't be able to prove it for lack of cameras! I will partition to shut this place all the way DOWN!!! I wouldn't put a roach in this place, staff needs to FIRED!!! it's the WORST!!! Oh and they let ANYONE in the front door! No security for the patients, everyone has their nose and eyes glued to their phones, they don't even ask who you're coming to see! Someone could walk through those doors and hurt anyone in this facility! It's RIDICULOUS!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars because I would!!!

This place is the worst !!! Do not send your loved ones here if they have mobility issues and need assistance due to incontinence. My mother is currently in this facility and has had to wait 1.5-2 just to receive assistance on more occasions than it should be, and when I asked about it all they do is make excuses or act like “oh well she just has to wait.” I highly doubt waiting 1.5-2 is protocol. Oh and not to mention I’ve been told they don’t do changings during dinner time which is bs too. Honestly she would have been better off being left in the hospital. I’m so disappointed in this facility, and I picked this one because it was supposed to be a good one. The only people that care about their jobs are the administrators/front office staff. The nurses suckkkkk !!! They should really find another job if they lack urgency and have no priority with the patients. I don’t know how this place has any good reviews other than for physical therapy. Oh and it’s loud and hot in there all of the time. I feel bad for anyone who is stuck there for a long time . Do better !

The worst place on earth for your love ones. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. The staff is lazy as hell. And have no concern whatsoever for patients. I would rather just suffer before I enter this place . I give this place no stars. Due better or just close it down!!!!!!

My dad had a fall at night and I was informed after his nurse ✔️ on him and notified the dr. which was okay with me, I went to see him today he was sleeping from pain meds just in case he was sore this morning so I am still very pleased with his care they always have him well groomed and the staff has always been pleasant (big difference between Cary Health and Rehab
