Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the Director and employees at Landmark Richard Park nursing home. My son came to Landmark over a year ago with severe decline and health.
Landmark literally nursed him back to health where he went from a feeding tube to eating independently, severe bed sores established while In another facility to complete healing based on the outstanding wound care team, while continuing to heal in many areas.
I salute the entire staff for their professionalism, patience, outstanding contributions to our loved ones.
It is also so important that the family shows up to give support and get involved in their love ones care leading to the path of recovery and independence.
The facility staff is working extremely hard at improving the level of care in all areas. They are truly caring about the residents and their families and each other. Odors are way down and the cleanliness of the building is way up. They are staffing the building primarily with RN'S and experienced LPN'S and with an expert therapy staff there is room for your families to receive excellent 1 on 1 PT, OT and Speech services. There is a new Hemo-Dialysis unit with expert dialysis nurses and techs. Vent patients are being treated with high respiratory services 24-7 on site.
Residents are having fun daily with a great activity staff.
All of the managers are working very hard at taking care of families and residents

The staff is amazing especially Annette, who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always so friendly, kind and welcoming.
This facility has made many positive changes. I've witnessed the current staff as caring, and not only hearing but listening to the patient's, residents, and each other all for better patient care!
