The Hampshire Center has compassionate and caring Staff. They have a Wonderful rehabilitation team there that helps you or your loved ones to reach their goals of recovery. Whether it is for short term or long term, this facility has great staff and resources for your needs. I know many people that have came here for rehabilitation and got excellent care to recover. My Grandmother was also a resident here, unfortunately she had Alzheimer’s, but she had excellent care from the staff here for her long term stay.

Both my brother and father have been at Hampshire Center at some point. My father-in-law was also there before he passed. All of them were treated with skilled personnel and caring individuals. This facility is always clean and decorated for all occasions. The outside gardens are enjoyable in the warm weather 12/21/2023 Dad was just admitted for therapy. The staff got him settled quickly. Very happy for him

Clean facility. Nothing concerning observed. Residents appear well cared for. My family member was clean and appeared well cared for and I was grateful for this. Staff was helpful providing us chairs for seating during our visit. Pleased with the environment.

Many Years ago, my Mother (Alma Shipe ) had a knee replaced and then needed a facility for Rehab. We checked around and visited several facilities and we decided that Hampshire Center would be the Best for My Mom. She became a temp resident for Her Rehab and then went home. She said that if She ever needed to go to a Rehab center again, She wanted to come back to Hampshire Center. After several Years, She had fallen and broken Her hip. After Her hospital stay, She chose Hampshire Center again for Her Rehab. She became a temp resident again and after Her rehab again She was able to go home and stay for several years on Her own. She said again that if She ever needed to become a resident of a Rehab Center again, She wanted to become a resident of Hampshire Center. Then many years later She fell @ home and broke her other hip and after Her hospital stay, She stated that when She needed to become a resident of a Rehab Center, it would be Hampshire Center. Again, She came to Hampshire Center to become a resident and this time it was a permanent facility where She would spend Her last Year of Life. She always would say how good She was treated and how good the food was and how helpful and friendly the staff was. She became friends with several of the staff and would often tell us about the staffs children and families. She loved participating in the recreational activities that Hampshire Center provided for the residents. All of us children were so glad that She had chosen Hampshire Center as Her final Home. Everyone of our visits with our Mother was wonderful and She was always well taken care of by all the Staff. We'd like to thank all the Staff and administration ( Michelle,Cheri,Vickie,Stephanie,Elizabeth,Dr. Hahn, Nicole and everyone else) for making our Mother's last Year of Life so great.

When I brought Mom in I immediately felt comfortable. The admission director was at the entrance to welcome us, as well as nursing staff and her social worker. Mom didn’t want to be there at all. But both of us were so impressed by the kindness and sincerity of the staff - and not just the nurses - everyone was wonderful! My mom had very special needs and the dining room staff worked diligently to accommodate her. The laundry staff made sure her clothes looked nice. The therapists were gentle and patient. Holidays are made important for everyone. Families are welcome to come in. Her room looked good and I could decorate it however I wanted. She eventually made it “her” home. She became involved in the activities and really had fun! She made dear friends as well as I did. Even though she is gone I still have some of those dear people as friends. Genesis is a wonderful choice for your loved one. I will always remember the love and care that my Mom received. They have become my family. ( This review is just basically random thoughts. There really is no way to explain the thoroughness of this wonderful Center. )
