As someone who experienced living here, I can share a different perspective. For context, I have a physical disability and I use a manual wheelchair. I was in the hospital for two weeks with multiple fractures due to a fall and was transferred here in February. I’ve never had to stay in a care facility or anything similar. I felt very hesitant to accept, but had no other options available. I stayed for almost two months. To be honest, most of my care was stubbornly done on my own through some intense pain and guilt of my situation. I’m aware not everyone has that ability or choice, but that isn’t to say I didn’t receive good care for the things I did need. I had to accept help in ways I normally refuse. Staff were intentional, but never forceful. Nearly everyone was willing to help with some guidance and I was listened to when it mattered. To me, it feels very harsh to read some of the reviews that negatively generalize an entire building. I do agree that the attentiveness and quality of care should be better, but at the same time, people can only do so much with their current knowledge or resources they are given. This is not to be confused with negligence. Regardless, I appreciate those who cared for me during my time here. I warmed up to this place because of some great staff. This also wouldn’t be complete without giving the therapy team their flowers, as there’s nothing slightly negative I can say. I always lose a bit of myself when I’m injured and I considered this my worst in a long time, but the support I received gave me hope on the days I really needed it. Thank you all for providing a space that allowed me to feel less isolated and for keeping my head afloat when I felt most affected.

If I could put 0/5 stars, I would. You can barely walk through the hallways without passing out from the terrible smells (especially the long term care hallways). The rooms look and feel like jail cells. All concerns brought to upper management are never addressed appropriately or resolved professionally. If you care at all about your loved ones, do not bring them here.

This place is absolutely horrible. My father was placed in the cognitive impairment unit directly from an extensive hospital stay. During the approximate 3 months he was here, he 100% relied on help from staff for all daily activities. He would be in the same food stained clothes for days. He was left to sit in his spoiled diaper on numerous occasions and ending up getting rashes and a horrible UTI infection. Bathing happened once maybe twice a week. He couldn’t be left alone due to being a fall risk so during the day the staff would place him in his wheelchair and leave him sit in the hallway near the nurses station four hours beyond hours. When he was place on hospice towards the end of his life, they promised treatments such as massage therapy, music therapy and PT that never happened. Myself and other family members had to flag nurses down constantly to ensure things got taken care of such as his medications administered at the time they should be given and even to help him eat. Also, the food there is absolutely disgusting. My father had his final stroke and I pulled him out of there immediately, discontinued hospice and sought end of life comfort care at a hospital instead of him spending the last of his days at this place of hell.

My grandpa came to Estates at Roseville after having a stroke. At first, he wasn’t looking forward to going to a facility, but since I work in healthcare, I strongly encouraged him. I’m so glad he went—he made great progress with rehab and was able to leave using just a cane! Honestly, after reading some reviews I was a little hesitant, but our experience was nothing but positive. My grandpa and I both have zero complaints, and I’ll definitely be recommending Estates at Roseville to others looking for a rehab facility.

My dad had a stroke and after he went to this nursing home. It might look good but in the inside it's not they barley gave him showers. And the staff where carless. My dad had to use the restroom, yet he didn't have he right condition to do so. He couldn't clean himself properly and the staff didn't do anything about it. My dad was mad, and I was disappointed.
