The best job I have ever had! The Administratior, DON, ADON, HR STAFFING AND MAINTENANCE are all very nice and professional ppl. Laundry, dietary and housekeeping are all doing great jobs and are very friendly. My co workers and nurses are all team players and care about the patients. The residents will steal your heart and keep you laughing. I'm so happy working here!

Nice new rehabilitation addition to Windsor Estates. The Asst Director Akeshia is hands-on and addresses issues quickly. The rehab department is nice, neat, and new. They seem to be working out any kinks they may have speedily.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. The staff, including nurses, don't know what they are doing and they dont communicate with one another. Meds are not given properly and they dont do what they say they are going to. Some are very combative and have an attitude problem. Food is awful and always cold, that is, if you get any to begin with. Patients wait hours for staff to come back with requests, that is, again, if they come back at all. Horrible. I see multiple responses from the owner saying to call the administrator Devin to discuss this further. That is laughable. Since August, I have left numerous messages for Devin and have yet to get a call back.

Where should I begin? The staff here does not care at all... The disrespect and distain for their patients from ignoring call buzzers literally for hours. I picked up my parents one weekend and when I loaded them into the car I noticed the underside of my dad's wheel chair pad was soaken wet. My mom told me he urinated on himself and instead of cleaning the wheel chair they just flip the padover. They have ignored medical conditions that I had warned them about before my parents were admitted then said oh we didn't know it wasn't in his chart however prior I was told 3 separate times it had been. So either they don't respect you enough and lie to you or are incapable of doing their jobs. Then when you try to talk to someone in authority they ignore your messages and calls.... This place is a joke. Only gave it 1 star cause you have to in order to post something.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible place. My dad was left to sit in his own feces, did not get his medication when he was supposed to, no shower for 5 days. Certain staff argumentative, those who WERE kind and did their jobs did not have the resources to do their jobs properly. Tech couldn't read a digital thermometer. My dad was only there for rehab. It scares me to think how the permanent residents are treated.
