I’ve had the chance to spend time at the Villas at St. Paul, and it’s always been a positive experience. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and focused on making residents feel comfortable and supported. The building is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. One thing that really stands out is the food. E
verything is well-prepared, and the weekly Asian menu is always a favorite, offering fresh, flavorful options that residents look forward to. The caregivers are patient and compassionate, which adds to the overall sense of trust and comfort. Residents seem engaged, and the activities help create a strong sense of community. Overall, it’s a place where people are treated with genuine respect and care, and I would happily recommend the Villas at St. Paul to others.
So far, it's been pretty pleasant.The food's not bad and staff's pretty helpful and it's pretty clean quiet so far, not too bad
My mother was recently placed at The Villas at St. Paul. Today was my first time visiting her. Yes, the building is old (so are the residents, to be fair!) but it is clean. It did not smell of urine or any of the normal unpleasant smells you associate with nursing homes. I met the new administrator, Crystal, who took over in December 2024. She flat out addressed these negative Google reviews, and talked about how she is trying to reform the facility. She was very kind and genuine and everyone who I interacted with there was pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to help. I am very optimistic about my mom’s stay at The Villas. And I hope anyone reading this review will consider giving it a chance under Crystal’s management.
Hi first impression here. Today (01212025) I visited the Villa of St. Paul to see a friend. Yes, as others have said before it looked worn however in talking to persons whom work and are hosted there I was impressed. The first contact was Daminen (??) was wonderful. He impressed me as knowledgeable person whom cared about the patients. Second contact someone I assume to be a patient there who chatted with me about the staff and how he appreciates them. 3rd a wheel chair bound person whom was rolling out to go for stroll and her views enlighten the surrounding. 4th it was meal time and being visitor I was invited to participate. It made me feel welcome. All of this shows a caring for patients which is what they need.

Since I have been here I have felt like I am treated like an invelent by the nursing staff & management, though I am an active person. I can't wait to leave. I never want to return. The only thing I have to say about this place, Nothing!!!
The place stinks of urine &
feces. The food has no
nutrition value what so ever. Not to mention, the kitchen staff is constantly
feeding people who are diabetic poor quality food.
Not only that, the morale is a joke ".
This place is hell on earth...
