Perhaps one of the hardest decisions to make as a caregiver was choosing a rehab center after my mom fell and broke her hip. From the minute we met Dennis when he came to pick mom up from the hospital, I knew we had made the right choice. He was so kind and friendly and put our minds at ease, as did every single person we met once she arrived. The facility is clean, cheerful, and doesn't smell like a nursing home. The nurses and PT staff went above and beyond to make sure mom was well taken care of and answered all our questions. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Health Care to anyone and would absolutely chose them again if the need arises. Thank you for making mom's three week stay such a positive experience. Y'all are wonderful.

We were extremely pleased with the staff and cleanliness of Advanced Health Care. You can tell that the employees work well together and enjoy their jobs. They treated my Dad with respect and dignity. Dennis the driver was very pleasant to work with, and Sydndey was very professional. We LOVED our experience there .

Recently, I had a hip replacement and was referred to Advanced Health Care of Salem for rehabilitation. It was an amazing experience to work with their caring and professional staff. The therapists were outstanding. They tailored my therapy to my specific areas of need until the pain was eased and my mobility improved. I was treated well by the driver who helped me before I even knew my hip was broken get into the attached Insta Care, the CNN's, nurses, cooks, cook administrator, housekeeping staff, and administration. I would list names but there is no way I could thank everyone, I'm afraid I would leave someone out. Thank you so much Advanced Health Care of Salem for the much needed support during a very difficult time in my life.

It was a great place to recover. Esther worked hard to make sure I could get gluten free meals that I could enjoy. No was a fantastic Physical Therapist who always encouraged me to to try my best. And Dennis was so much fun as he gave me a ride to all my appointments. The nursing staff were all so patient with me. I wish I could remember each of their names. They were kind and helpful.

This has been one of the best experiences of my life. I came directly from the hospital and needed to recuperate. This was the ideal place. It is clean, each room is decorated in a cheerful manner, the physical therapy. staff is very professional and pushed me each day until I knew I was getting stronger. The technicians who came to my aid whenever I needed help became dear friends. The nurses who dispensed my medication did so in a timely manner when I needed it. And I should say that the food is scrumptious. I had no idea a rehab place could be so wonderful. . The people here have become my dear friends, and I will miss them. Dennis has activities planned every day that are fun. I was so blessed to come here, and I am forever grateful for the experience. I know I am stronger, healthier, and more optimistic. A great place to come.!!
