I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience. The level of care my family member received here was disappointing. It often felt like their needs weren’t being met, and there was a general lack of compassion or attentiveness from the staff. Families trust care centers to treat loved ones with respect and kindness, and unfortunately, that didn’t seem to be the case here. I truly hope improvements are made so future residents and their families have a better experience.

My father is currently a resident here and I am not impressed with the way that he is being treated. He has an ostomy and the CNA'S complain when he asks them to stay on top of emptying his bag which they don't he gets ignored when he asks for his pain meds and I let the staff know that I am there enough that I can change his ostomy when it is ready to be changed because I have the correct supplies that work for my father he is suppose to be getting constant nutrients via his feeding tube and he is not getting it. I am not impressed at all with this level of care and something needs to be done because my dad does not deserve this

My Mom received excellent care from PT , she was admitted with muscle weakness / can not even walk or stand on her own due to her condition, PT (Moe and Lindsay ) were very patient working with her to gain her strength and now she can walk short distance and go to the bathroom on her own and do some activities on her own , they even take time to teach her to use her motorized wheelchair with confidence . She also expresses her gratitude towards the Nurses , CNA and Environmental staff and kitchen personnel providing her needs and excellent cares . The NP ( Sandy ) and medical director also listens to her needs and takes time to evaluate her .

I have been treated so well so that is why I am giving 5 stars. Moe, Lyndsi and Sandi are very nice, very kind and respectful. I love the food. It’s always very good and nutritious.

The care of my brother by the nurse and staff was great. They kept us informed of his progress and were very easy to contact. Upper management is a different thing. His family all live out of state. He passed away April 6th and it has been impossible to get his possessions returned or to get HR to respond to messages or letters. I got one lady to answer and tell me she would have HR contact me. No one has contacted any one of us. Too bad upper management does not have the same dedication the nursing staff has.
