All of the staff at Spring Creek are very friendly and work hard at keeping the place clean and residents happy. I’m sure it’s difficult to keep a smile all the time but they manage to do it. My husband is hard to work with but they never complain. I appreciate all of them and the care they give him. Thank you. Kathleen Christensen

Negative Starts! On star is too many!!! Do not allow anyone you love to stay here. They don't take care of people, they basically dump them in a bed and watch them waste away. The place looks nothing like pictures and the floors were always sticky. If your loved one is not capable of helping themselves, this place does not help them. Every time I visited my dad didn't even have water (a basic need) and was always thirsty. They said they make sure the people get their liquids in between meals, but most people drink water throughout the day not just at meals. This place is horrible! They only care for the people if they have a family member visiting. I hate this place so much!!!!

This place really doesn't care too much for my friend that is a resident there. I took her on an outing and we came back to drop her off after midnight. We were at the front entrance which is not the main entrance but is the door you see when you pull in. We rang and rang the doorbell for 10 minutes until I finally got upset. I called the facility and told them we had been ringing the doorbell. They tell me they cant hear the doorbell from where they are. What's the point of having the doorbell then? Then they tell me they would come let my friend in. We waited another 5 minutes. I had to stand at a windows and wave my arms like a crazy bird trying to fly with the light on on my phone until they turned around and started walking towards the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't make sense. I'm gonna start to look for a better place for my friend to get taken care of in because she deserves to be acknowledged when she shows up. Not when they are done having gossip time.

This community does an amazing job taking care of the mental health of all of their patients. I have placed residents from here in assisted living homes and have nothing but positive feedback and great interactions to report on.
