I would like to commend RN Supervisor Jessica for consistently going above and beyond in the care she provides. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my mother with exceptional patience, compassion, and professionalism. Her dedication and work ethic are truly admirable Jessica demonstrates a high level of knowledge, courtesy, and commitment to excellence in nursing. She is an exceptional nurse and a true asset to her team.

I’ve visited several care facilities and San Juan Hills is by far one of the nicest I’ve seen. Most patients here are short- to long-term, recovering from injury, and the staff truly sets the tone with their kindness and attentiveness. Every healthcare worker I encountered seemed to genuinely care about the patients’ comfort and well-being, which makes such a difference in the healing process. The food is surprisingly good for a healthcare facility — breakfast, lunch, and dinner are fresh and well-prepared. They also offer both occupational therapy and physical therapy on-site, which is incredibly convenient for recovery. One thing that stood out to me is how clean and fresh everything feels. The facility smells nice (which, if you’ve been in other places, you know is a big deal!) and has an overall warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you or a loved one needs a place to recover, I would absolutely recommend San Juan Hills. They go above and beyond in both care and environment.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place should be shut down immediately. The staff is not trained and the facilities is filthy. The on staff Doctor is extremely horrible. Do your loved one a favor and don’t send them here to be tortured. The state needs to regulate these types of facilities much closer and close them down when they operate as bad as this place.

this facility is top notch. The nurses and therapy team are outstanding. I was really pleased with Christiana and the great nursing care that she provides.

This is a wonderful facility and I am very pleased with a nursing care and the therapist and all of the staff that work here. They are very kind and compassionate. Thank you.
