WESTFIELD REHABILITATION AND HEALTH CENTER

I was POA of a friend of mine who was a patient at Westfield for 10 months. Absolutely the most amazing facility I have ever encountered. Caring and professional and always willing to accommodate my needs and my friend’s needs and medical care. My questions were always answered and at the end so caring to me and her caregivers. Will never forget their kindness

My mother is a pt in Westfield Rehab . The staff there are excellent . In particular one of the nursing assistants McKayla noticed a change in My mother’s behavior and expressed her concerns to the nurse working . The. Nurse listened to McKaylas concerns and the medication was discontinued . Also when my mom said I need help she would say get Anita she knows how to turn me . The admin staff also listen . I appreciate them listening to me especially Emma and Christy when I was down or discouraged certainly not their job but showed compassion ..Then there is an aide on evening shift Sachiko she is wonderful they call her “Happy”. She never stops from room to room helping patients and so kind. The rehab staff are just wonderful all of them encouraging my mom and being kind. These nurses workers aides work so hard . My sisters and I are so appreciative.

Westfield was so clean and professional. They were all caring and very helpful. Several went above and beyond their duties and were especially kind. Nancy was a top notch nurse and always addressed our questions and concerns with knowledge and kindness. Dena was fantastic, way above average in all her care. Mercedes, Cheryl, Dianne, Rose, Herb, were all outstanding in every way. Everyone we came in contact with, was wonderful. Thank you so much for all you do.

My father stayed at Westfield for almost 30 days recently. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he received at their facility. ALL the staff (nurses, administration, housekeeping , speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and cafeteria/food staff). The facility was clean and very welcoming. They always kept us well informed and up to date regarding his care. Thank you to Westfield for taking such good care of my father. I highly recommend. SUSAN RIDDLE TICKLE

Very pleased with the care our mom received at Westfield Rehabilitation. The rehab folks were very good. The nursing staff , some were better than others but overall very good care.
