LIFE CARE CENTER OF SCOTTSDALE

The staff was really good and I had good care getting released tomorrow and going home to recuperate but a couple mine are little issues but the nice thing is I deal with them directly and they fixed it right away. There’s no reason to report bad because everybody’s gonna have a few mistakes, but they overall the staff and the care was very good. Highly recommend Hi there if I get off I get out tomorrow. You have a great weekend. You can’t leave it against the rules. This Lifecare facility in Scottsdale called Lifecare Scottsdale received a unanimous good report from the state and that that’s really hard to do. I worked in the medical field for 40/40 years Medical fire field and this facility at one time years ago was not one that I would recommend but they were great now and I can see why they passed everything. The staff is very educated. The administrator is very nice and the crew here was very good to work with then the food staff was really nice also so I’d highly recommend if you have to use it I know you’d much rather not and I would hope you don’t have to ever use it.

The nursing staff, PT therapists, pharmacist, and housekeeping were all great! Very helpful & kind. Wait staff in kitchen was good, but meals were somewhat bland. Overall, a very good rehab care center to help recover from illness to get back to normal routine at home.

I came to see my Uncle John Webb. He was in good spirits. My wife and older brother came with me. It was a very nice place. I'm glad there are people that have respect for all there patients. You guys keep a clean, nice facility. Keep up the good work.

This facility provides exceptional, compassionate care. The team of nurses, aides, therapists and even the administrative team took the time to get to know our family and treated our loved one with unwavering dignity, respect, and kindness every single day. Their professionalism and attentiveness stood out, and I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking top-quality care for a loved one.

Our family’s experience with Life Care Center of Scottsdale has been deeply concerning. My family member’s clinical needs were not adequately addressed. He was asked to perform tasks beyond his physical ability, resulting in unsafe transition from the bed to chair. He was literally on the floor!! Despite these issues, he is now being discharged without completing necessary therapy and without allowing sufficient time to arrange placement at another facility. This demonstrates a serious lack of appropriate care, patient safety measures, and discharge planning. Accountability is needed to ensure no other patient is placed in this position.
