My mom was recently in Plaza healthcare. Was absolutely the best place for her complicated health problems. The Dr,RNs, CNAs, PT,OT, RT, activities ladies, and clinical coordinators all did an exceptional job in making sure my mom’s needs were met. No one wants to be in rehab but when the staff really show their concern and care it makes it so much better. Their little cafe was great for a lunch. The place was always clean. Rooms never got filled with leftover food trays or trash. People were cared for quickly as possible and always used safe practices with handling of patients. Staff always greeted with a smile. Made us feel welcome. Thank you to everyone who took care of Ann. Because of you she is doing good at home.

I can't thank plaza enough! From the moment my grandpa was admitted here the team was ready to care for him and do as much as they can to make him feel comfortable. The nurses always were treating him right on time with medications and always had respect for us. The therapy team is equally the same, very motivating and always updating us about the process my grandpa has grew. Overall staff are so good here and are helpful!

I enjoyed my time at Plaza. Everyone was very helpful, I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to end up in a place where everyone is caring. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the social workers, everyone treated me amazing.

My uncle has been at Plaza Healthcare in Scottsdale for the past 3 weeks, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. They truly go above and beyond to provide great care and outstanding customer service. Every time I visit, I feel confident knowing he's in good hands. I would recommend Plaza Healthcare to anyone in need of care for their loved ones!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Plaza Healthcare for their loved one. If I could give them a rating of zero starts I would. This facility is dangerously understaffed, and as a result, patients are receiving only the bare minimum level of care,if that. Unless a family member is present and actively advocating for a patient, they are often neglected. It’s incredibly disheartening to witness, especially considering that many of these patients cannot advocate for themselves. The staff seems visibly miserable and burnt out. They are often unfriendly, and even simple, routine care requests are met with eye rolls, huffing, and resistance. It's clear that many of the employees do not want to be there, and unfortunately, their attitude directly affects the vulnerable people they are supposed to be helping. I have personally witnessed patients being left to sit in their own feces for over three hours, despite repeated requests for help. You have to ask multiple times for anything to get done, and even then it takes hours. It’s unacceptable and deeply disturbing. These patients deserve dignity, compassion, and prompt care ..not apathy. It’s also extremely concerning that some staff display outright disrespect and unprofessional behavior. I overheard one nurse say they weren’t going to do anything further for a patient simply because the patient’s family member had voiced concern over the lack of care. That kind of retaliation is unprofessional and unsafe. Plaza Healthcare either needs to stop accepting new patients or urgently hire and train more staff. There are simply not enough nurses to provide safe and humane care. In addition, the current staff would benefit greatly from training in professionalism, basic bedside manner, and respectful communication. The environment at this facility is toxic, and it shows in how patients are treated. Please, do not send your loved ones here. They deserve so much better.
