ELEVATE CARE SOUTH HOLLAND

Yes I Love Elevate Care in South Holland. I Love how knowledgeable they're, how they take good care of your person. How they make sure your Person gets there foods,snacks,and dinner. Overall I just loved the environment here. Keep doing great Elevate Care. You get 5 stars.

My husband is at Elevate Care Nursing Home on a temporary basis for rehab. He has been there for 1 month. During this time I have been updated by the nurse, the nurse’s supervisor, the physical therapist’s supervisor and the wound care specialist. They are all very professional and thorough with their updates, leaving me with calm/relax feelings. The receptionist, doctor appointment scheduler, the physical therapist, the CNNs and actually the entire staff have all been very nice, professional and helpful. I am scheduled to have a conference call with them in a few days. This is very comforting. My husband is enjoying the food and feels safe in his private room. The place is clean and updated. I feel comfortable knowing my husband is getting the great care he needs and deserves. I have no doubt that he will come home stronger than before and will be ready to get back to his “normal” daily activities. So far, so good! Thank you and bless you all for your individual services!

I'm so grateful for all of the staff at Elevate Care South Holland. My dad's 1st night and day was rough as a new admission but they handled him professionally and kept me informed. Now that he's gotten used to the staff he is calmer and doing much better. The facility is clean and the patients seem well attended to. I've been very impressed with this facility so far.

At first my mom didn’t want to go to Rehabilitation because she thought she was getting put in a nursing home. Once she got there she fell in love with the young ladies there. They made my mom feel at home. I appreciate them so much.

Kia was great in the transition process home with my loved one. Communication was nothing less that EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! Now the health experience with my loved one was not so pleasant
