My dad was in transitional care here for a few weeks and had a positive experience. Staff and medical professionals were kind and knowledgeable. Lots of activities! Food was very good. Courtyard was enjoyable on warmer days.

If you want your loved one to die put them in this facility. I have two family members that died in this facility. One died when a Nurse dropped him and he hit his head on his bed. My great aunt just died in their care and I am sure they will never disclose how she died. The long term care floor is filthy and rodent infested to the point that rooms have multiple rodent traps.

St. Anthony Health & Rehabilitation has been a blessing for our family during a very challenging time as my mother transitions to hospice care. The remarkable team, including Mary, Kirsten, Christina, and the rest of the wonderful staff, have gone above and beyond to ensure my mother receives the highest quality care. Their dedication and compassion are evident in everything they do, from their efficient and effective communication with our family to the attentive care they provide to each resident. What truly stands out is how they make the most of their resources to offer exceptional value to residents. Programs like game nights, trivia, and music therapy sessions bring joy, learning, and connection into the lives of their patients. It’s heartwarming to see how these activities brighten the days of those in their care. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and humanity shown by everyone at St. Anthony Health & Rehabilitation. Thank you for making such a meaningful difference in the lives of your residents and their families. Highly recommend!

My mother had the unfortunate experience of being sent here for transitional care during February '25. They were completely incapable of providing her a doctor-prescribed cardiac diet (they apparently had to get special approval for two cardiac-appropriate meals PER WEEK). They serve a hot dog, bbq chips, and a pickle alongside heart medication. I can't imagine what they feed diabetic patients. I see someone left a review a year ago saying there was no suitable chair in the room. That has not changed, they had my arthritic mother sitting in a flimsy wheelchair for 14 hours per day causing great discomfort and the beginnings of tissue breakdown. Some of the aides were wonderful, others were downright abusive. After three weeks, the "care" here finally landed my mother back in the hospital with malnutrition, bed sores, and her mobility was worse than when she had arrived. Keep in mind, family was calling and visiting the facility multiple times per week to advocate for her and bring her food. The facility is more than aware of their shortcomings. Simply disgraceful. Update: There is a 5-star review from a current staff member singing the praises of this facility. I have reported this post for conflict of interest.

God Bless St. Anthony H&R! My wife and I along with thirteen friends and relatives attended the ice cream social, Thursday May 1, 2025. It was a glorious evening event. I wish had the names of all the staff that made this event so memorable. My sister, a resident of St. Anthony’s was so grateful and pleased. She had a beautiful smile throughout the event. Barbara Lee was very engaging with guests and residents. Barbara was able to draw my sister and other residents into the joy of the festivities. And again kudos to the staff and management for their caring, loving ways. God Bless, Ken Dines
